Of course he needed to protect her. He was the head leech and didn't want anyone else to take his place.

I guess you missed that Mrs. Arthur and her legal representatives had the opportunity to contest him being appointed executor when probate was opened in CA. They chose not to. Sort of blows that theory for ya.

And, yes. They can persue that elusive Marshall money for the next hundred years or more. Doesn't mean they'll ever see a penny of it. The Marshall family has enough money to keep fighting for years and years. Since the law firm that was representing ANS in the Marshall matter has filed a claim against her estate for payment for their years of service, I wonder how much longer they're going to be willing to work for free? Remember, Howie is not the attorney of record in the Marshall litigation. She had a whole team of lawyers with the Boesch firm doing the work on that case. They haven't been paid - surprise, surprise!!- for their services.

SO how long was Havan a spy?
Does anyone see anything strange about Howard's depo only mentioning two specific bloggers: QV "myspirit rocks" and Havanas" Sweet Havana" and no one elses.
I seem to remember that prior to this event that someone wrote on TMZ that Havana was working for Don Clark. Now wasn't that the truth.
So basically the fight those two had way back over the TMZ posts was a lie. Who do you think coached Havana to be moderator for three different forums? Do you think she was low enough to turn over personal emails of all the people who befriended and supported her? Does the whole world need to read people's private details about family problems, illnesses and children?
Why won't Havana come down to Texas to stand by her affidavit? Is there more out there and who would be looking for more and in what way have they done that?
Did she and QV recieve any monetary benefits or anything of a benefit for their part.
Who else has been bought by OQ law, either directly or indirectly.
