Hope he doesn't drive by any bus stops in the mornings or afternoons. People will be taking down his plate numbers. If he thinks the beard is covering up wrinkles, I'd rather see the wrinkles. Not Rip Van Winkle. Maybe the kids like to play with it or pick stray food out of it. It looks nasty.
