There are respectible studies of children who have grown up with gay or lesbians parents. They turn out to be gay in almost exactly the same proportion as if they had grown up in a straight family setting: about 10%.

You're talking to Cornerstone Policy "Research" and the National Organization for (heterosexuals only, dammit) Marriage here, These are not groups who let anything as inconsequential as the truth get in the way of a really good anti-gay smear. Facts which run counter to the certitude of their bigotry can't possibly exist. So, no matter how right you really are, you still have to be wrong in their "minds" because that elephant can't be in the room if there is no such things as elephants. Sure, every professional organization from psychologists, to doctors, to social workers, etcetera say that there is no evidence that gay parents make gay children, but facts like you've presented can't exist, so they don't. That's how their game has to be played...
