The big story is the roof collapsing at the movie theater near ACAC. Poor kids.

Poor kid. He's been SLIMED! I bet that was just gross. The movie theaters around here are a JOKE. You would think that since we were once ranked a number one city and have a huge film festival every year we would have a decent theater in this town. I go to Short Pump to see movies. It's worth the drive.

i agree with yucky.there is nothing right in this town. regal went without heat for about three weeks. and carmike should be ashamed to sell tickets at such a price when you can go in and see parts of the ceiling missing. i wonder what the little boy got besides another ticket to go back to the same filthy theatre.
even the fashion square mall stinks. the play area is nasty, pieces of carpet and foam on the structure is missing, and theres only about 3 places to eat.
i think it's sad that people go over to staunton or famrville or even lynchburg to do decent shopping or even go to a decent movie theatre. we go to short pump too.

This town reminds of a hooker whos best days are long gone. Or the king and his new clothes. Betty Davis as a hasbeen Hollywood starlet, a string of fake pearls past off as a family heirloom. Glitter but no substance. The worst part is we as a community are capable of so much better but the powers that be keep trying to keep up with the Jones and forget about the Smiths.

Wow, I didn't even see that on the news! And they wonder why kids get into so much in c'ville. There's absolutely nothing for them to do!
