This column seems driven by folks contacting th IJ to do, like a press release.

Driving around Marin everyday on business, I see restaurants closed, opened, coming soon, etc., that never make this column, but should.

I thought that was what the column was supposed to be about.

I also know there is another new cooking school locally, I think in downtown Sausalito. I love Eater SF for all the caddy shuttered and listed news. ha!

But I see your point.
