I was growing up and lived with my grandfather, Ike Bernstein,in Chicago when I was introduced to Bob Satterfield. Ike was Bob's manager and my big brother Ben Ruben would spar with Bob at Johny Coulan's(not sure of spelling)gym on the south side of Chicago.

Bob Satterfield was a wonderful gentleman. Also, he was a very talented artist.

He was my grandfather's greatest boxer! Bob and Ike were better than the movies!!!!!

I have some great memories.
