Of Course Doberman Has Hydrophobia of his Blow Hole...CURRENT will Bury him..With GORES GREEN MONEY??.This So called Millionaire Chandler will be a $25 Buck Lamp shade when they are finished with this AH DELUXE!!

Current TV spokesperson Laura Nelson forwards the company's official reaction to Keith Olbermann's lawsuit, which he filed today against the network:

Current terminated Keith Olbermann last Thursday for serial, material breaches of his contract, including the failure to show up at work, sabotaging the network and attacking Current and its executives.

As the old adage says: "When the law is on your side, you argue the law. When the facts are on your side, you argue the facts. When neither the law nor the facts are on your side, you pound the table. We will be happy to engage on the law and the facts in the appropriate forum.

It is well established that over his professional career Mr. Olbermann has specialized in pounding the table. However, Mr. Olbermann, by filing his false and malicious lawsuit, has now put this matter into a legal process where there will be an objective review of the facts.

We hope Mr. Olbermann understands that when it comes to the legal process, he is actually required to show up....LOL!!!

Oh, Keith Olbermann will show up.

Unless, of course, before this goes to trial, Al Gore's people huddle with Olnermann's people, and they hammer out a lucrative settlement which will add millions of dollars to Olbermann's bank account.

Ah, untold riches for Olbermann! American Exceptionalism at it finest! Don't you just LOVE the free market? LOL!!!

Shoddy production values? He got that one right; Gore hired him didn't he? It doesn't get any more shoddy than that.

I must respectfully disagree. Lawsuits get settled. Even if Olbermann risks facing Al Gore's rage, cooler heads will prevail. No way do Gore's partners risk a trial; if they lose & face damages it would be ruinous, and a win not at all worth the risk.

So Olbermann sues for $50 Million? They settle for $15-$20 Million, including costs & lawyers. That's chump change for the partners, and the parties are rid of each other. Olbermann works elsewhere, if he wants to. Or maybe he starts his own talk radio show, a la Limbaugh...
