Aerosmith IS the best band around. Have you seen them perform? Steven Tyler is all over the stage. Its not only about the music, its also about the performance. Steven Tyler may be in his 60's, but he still has it and I want some more!!!!

Like I said before. Who cares. Time for the old farts to retire. Take Mick with you. And Barry Manilow too.
As it was said, BLAH

You have the right to your opinion, but most of us want to think when we are up there in age we will still have the energy and guts to do that every night. Forever Young, regardless of the surface imperfections, that's rock N' roll.

Have you heard some of these old farts lately? Meatloaf - who used to have a great voice - sounds like a croaking frog. The Moody Blues - amazing group in their time - sounds like my grandfather singing in the shower. They need to know it is time to retire.

I love the band, but Tyler's just the face of Aerosmith...Perry's the sound. I hope Tyler doesn't become the next David Lee Roth.

Meatloaf was a flash in the pan, The Moody Blues, really? Some groups try to live off past glory. Like Foghat, Moody Blues and the like. Groups Like Boston and Styx were only studio bands and never could have more than 8-10 songs. No new challanges, just the same old stuff. Even Mick and Stones himself did an Album with the Chieftains for God's sake.(terrific Album, all old farts) Randy Bachman created 2 super groups and left both of them. BTO and The Guess Who. If they lose their creativity and showmanship then we indeed need to leave them by the road to rot, but age has nothing to do with being a entertainer. Either you got it, you lost it, or you never had it in the first place and you are all hype. American Idol gives us the last one.
Groups fighting amoungst themselves turns us fans off. Regardless of your age if you can't get along then go away, we will find someone else to listen to. Let's get Johnny Lang to replace Tyler, now that would be cool.

Tyler's not leaving. Apparently jumped on stage with Perry in NY and screamed he wasn't leaving. Good news!

Logically, if you don't care, you wouldn't 1) join a thread discussing the subject and you especially wouldn't 2) comment on said thread.

Admit it, you're a die hard fan too. Otherwise, you would just ignore the thread.

Die hard fan? Not even close. I was just commenting because I think all of these "seniors" should hang it up.

You are indeed totally clueless on the amount of talent there is over 50 in Rock music. You must care or you would of let your opinion go by now. It is OK to care. Face it you are just jealous.
There are plenty of us around that enjoy "old fart rock". Remember the youngs ones have to get old someday too and they would like to be on stage when they are in their 60's. The young ones learned from the old ones in the first place. Live long and Rock and Roll.

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Scorpio

The thought of the sales is almost too good to resist today, and you'll jump at the chance to see what's on offer. Even better if you can snap up some bargains at the same time. It's certainly a good day for investing your money carefully, but make sure you aren't more seduced by the reduction in the cost of something than in the item itself. Are you certain that you want to buy it?
