i put heroes by shinedown, and king without a crown by matisyahu. those were both released within the last 3 years or so.

oh, and have you guys ever played rock band? its sooo much fun! i played it at my cousins. i was a drummer, bass player, and a guitar player. i didnt wanna sing tho[my family was there!].lol

Zpln! I thought you'd have put Zeppelin up there b4 anyone else! I really do hope they put a Zeppelin song on GH4 since they haven't even used one yet in past GH's. You should put more bands with chick singers on the list too, they always have a few.

oh yeah. the only problem is, they've already used a lot of rock songs with chick singers. besides, honestly, there aren't that many rock bands that i like that have chick singers. with the exception of sonic youth, jefferson airplane, and some of hole.
and i didn't put zeppelin on there because i assumed they wouldn't get permission to put their songs on GH, since there hasn't been any on other GH's.

True. But I was talking in lines of my opinion. Obviously more 13 year old Rockstar-drinking Linkin Park shirt-wearing individuals will like some modern crap like "Ladies and Gentlemen," than they would the Who, Floyd, Cream, the Rolling Stones, Zeppelin, etc. etc.
As far as Led Zeppelin goes, they've obviously thought of it before, so I guess they're saving some Zepp songs for the later Guitar Heros, as to give it some novelty value. Then again, they lost all novelty when they put Freebird as the last song on GH2.
