Kolkata firm to begin Vietnam plant work in March
Kolkata-based Phillips Carbon Black wil launch work on its 55,000 metric tonnes plant in Vietnam in March this year, RPG Group chairman Sanjiv Goenka said Monday.

Very nice. It looks to me there are so many factories building up in Vietnam all over the place. Vietnam has long a long coast so the polution are easily blown away and not accumulated.
It's also a great thing to see India and Vietnam working together. India is a much nicer nation than China.
