Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 | Classification in Australia

A scene from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. A prominent children's lobby group is calling on the Government to review its decision to classify as suitable for 15-year-olds an upcoming video game that allows players to assume the role of a terrorist and shoot innocent civilians in an airport.

Grow Up it is just a Video Game, it does not shoot real bullets. Women do have a vigina, does it means that all women are prostitutes?. No, not all women are prostitutes just because they have a vigina. So, just because young people play the game it does not mean that the young people are going to kill others.
Maybe the Muslims and the Catholics should not play the Video Game because they are always using new technology to kill the Infidels who does not want to join their blood thirsty religion.
The Infidels are not to blame for the crimes that religion commits, so Grow Up and do not blame the Infidels and the Video Games if a Muslim or Catholic get "Inspired" to do what they watch on the Video Game.
If you do not like a movie shown on TV do not watch it, the same thing if you do not like a Video Game do not play it.

i find it funny how they call it a "terrorist game" just for showing the horrors of war as they really are for five minutes and the ramaining ones killing terrorist. i wonder why they never said anything about rambo 4...oh yeah double standard i forgot.

It's funny how some of the least impacting and harmful lobbyists (i.e. motorcycle groups who want rope barriers replaced with slightly more expensive and longer lasting road barriers that aren't going to shred riders) can't get through to the government, but other lobbyists can make huge and lasting impacts on society as a whole with the minimum of publicity and accountability. Food for thought.
