Of course, no such warming mechanism is involved. Fans are run by motors which put out heat. Wind turbines have no motors. Fans accelerate air. Wind turbines slow air. & in that context is the warming mechanism. As moving air passes turbine blades, energy from the moving air is transferred to move blades & copper coils through a magnetic field to generate electricity. The moving air passing through the the blades loses energy thus slowing, increasing its density, & concentrating its remaining heat energy in spot warming.

a generator gets HOT while operating. Even a kid would know that. Lift up a car hood and prove it. As usual, warmies have NO practical engineering or scientific knowledge.

Basically this is not a change in the global average temperature. The mechanism is that the wind turbines take energy of movement from the air. They slow it down somewhat. So it can heat up more from the sun in that location, rather than being moved away as cooler air enters. No change in the overall balance.

No windmills allowed in Marthas Vinyard.

1.3*F is a significant increase in local temps. I wonder if a 'heat index' will be applied to the areas impacted by the heat created by wind farms when the global temps are calculated.
