Unions plan to spend big to re-elect Obama
#1 Feb 22, 2012
The presidency seems to be for sale to the highest bidder. We need to contact our legislators and demand limits put on total cost of elections for individuals. Our country is being run by the wealthy who use their positions to get richer. They talk a good story, but there is little evidence to show they really are working for the "people" and our country.

It is very rare for labour unions to support a president and they are not fools. Obama s policies for re-industrialisation of America, domestic companies bail outs, domestic companies tax cuts and support for establishment of newer companies are pro-labour and there is no doubt about it. I don't think its fair to categorise as an opportunistic rich hell-bent on fleecing the poor. The abovementioned policies are a step in the right direction.
