The Project Owner will be issued a contract by Facilitator and the Bond Underwriter, which shall include their guarantee, whereby in the unlikely event that no bonds are sold, the Project Owner shall receive a full refund of their $250,000.00+ from the Bond Underwriter and the Facilitator. The Project Owner will also be issued a contract which shall include the provision that they shall receive their $250,000.00+ back from the first tranche of bond sales, estimated to be within thirty to forty-five days after their deposit of $250,000.00+ with the Bond Underwriter.

The proceeds of the bond sale will be split with one-third going to the project and two-thirds going to the Facilitator that is guaranteeing the bond offering until the project is fully funded. In return, the Facilitator will receive a thirty percent (30%) equity position in the Project. Negotiations for a buy-back of this equity interest will be on a case by case basis. The Project Owner will retain seventy percent (70%) equity position in the Project. The Consultants will receive a ten percent (10%) pro-rata fee from the Project Funding. The Facilitator and Consultants will remain as participants in the private placement portfolio utilizing any additional bond sale proceeds. At no time will the Project, the Project Owner or the Investor have any recourse liability as it relates to the Project Funding Program. The Facilitator will bare sole responsibility for the repayment of the bond debt.

It's really unfortunate that there are so many fraudsters out there. Just bumped up against another called Funding Universe, located out of Salt Lake City. Total scam artists, so don;t trust them should they contact you. They do talk a good game, but when it comes time for a contract, they never shut up and point you here and there on the form to distract and confuse you.

Haven't been contacted by the Atlanta freaks yet, but it's only a matter of time, I'm sure.

yes i have done deals with this company,and they really gave my company an upgrade. they gave me all the funds i asked for.. although i had to pay some upfront fees but they issued all my fund request.
