Controversy Involving The EuroCapital Group of Atlanta

Earlier this morning, I discovered and joined this website where I saw additional comments about the EuroCapital investment bank group located in Atlanta. The commentators were individuals living in Miami, Florida; Morgan Hill, California; Ottawa, Canada; Heidelberg, South Africa; the Palestinian Territory; and San Jose, California.
In my comments, I described the concerns I was having about EuroCapital after locating negative comments about them on a Google search I performed. Today, I received 2 sets of replies from EuroCapital, one from a company principal, Mr. Al Levi, in which he offered a VERY detailed explaination of his organization's activities and the controversial statements being placed on different public forums about them. He stated that EuroCapital Group does not actually know the individuals who are posting the comments, but they have attempted to contact them to discuss their concerns, but are often ignored. He further advised that their attorneys are now monitoring the website postings made against them, in preparation of possible future legal action for business slander.
Aside from the detailed effort to explain themselves to me, what most impressed me about EuroCapital Group is the explaination made of their meeting and funding process, which involves the customary due diligence; a formal funding application; a funding term sheet with a LOI (Letter Of Intent) and closing contract signings. Mr. Levi further stated "there are no charges or fees paid by you for due diligence, application, presentation, raising or closing" - which I consider impressive. I thanked him for his efforts to explain things and assured him that I would be scheduling a planned presentation ASAP.
Consequently, I RETRACT and DISAVOW my earlier statements made this morning on this website regarding EuroCapital Group. If anyone wishes to obtain a copy of the email(s) I received this afternoon, they can contact me at : [e-mail], or through my membership listing here.

I think that, if Mr. Levi declares to you that he have ignorance of other people who make bad use of the name of Erocapital or that Mr. Levi has not been able to take communication with those people, that confirms that the problem exists. But the problem belong to Mr Levi, who must take care of his company that at the moment appears like fraud company before the community. Claudio; however, it does appear that you perhaps have an Ax to grind against an organization that you've probably not had any direct, face-to-face dealings to begin with. The EuroCapital representative you refer to, Mr. Levi, provided what, in my business experience, is a reasonable explaination of certain facts. I fully intend to pay them a business visit within the next several weeks to evaluate them with my own eyes and ears. In today's Internet age, it is all too easy to mount anonymous attacks against anyone, without ever showing your face; a point that as a would-be entrepreneur on this website seeking funding, you would do well to remember.

my group has some defamation with an individual who claimed that we were scamming them cause we charged retainer fees. So some people overract, and unfortunately the only way to know the validity of the organization's legitimacy is by asking for projects that they were involved previously. BUT, Mr. Levi is also involved with Pinnacle Capital and that group is under major investigation with the district attorney's office. So I wouldn't believe anything that Mr. Levi would say.

We never did business with that individual, i just gave him a quote and he went out and started doing his dirty deed. unfortunately, the business is dirty. i'm setting up a hedge fund that will cover due diligence expenses for pending projects if they meet certain criterias. I say to them that all my offer and project are in NYT advertisement.
They respond that it is very good what they saw.
They answer to me that asap gives them financial documents of report, company details, resume of components, project..... and that I take a trip immediately to Atlanta, to a hotel and that hopes there that they will call to me.

Don't go there and don't waste any more time on them. This is a up-front scam. I got the experience to see them , they'll ask you for fees to have site inspection and set up an off-shore account in Bahamas island. At this point, I quit talking with them.

Regarding EuroCapital Group, they are good at what they do. It's a classic Pyramid Scheme. The "twist" is after "Due-Dilligence". IF you don't measure up during their "Fact-Finding Mission", you will kiss 1/2 of your UP FRONT FEE good-bye. They will "get you" during the Bahamas affair, where you are required to open TWO bank accounts. Sounds like money-laundering with YOU being the one caught in the bag! Venture Capital is just that, RISKY. If you don't have your CRAP together 100%, flattery will get you 20 years! "Little" Al doesn't flatter you the way "big" Al does. Be aware. INVOLVE your attorney BEFORE you sign. Don't take "kind words" to heart and end up BROKE totally. No matter what company these two "operate" under, the SAME results abide. Bottom Line: EuroCapital/Pinnacle Group/Anglo American, they ALL reside in the SAME Atlanta, GA area. The SAME theme always rings true. IF these two are 100%, why are there so many OPPOSING? EVERYONE can't be wrong! Consult with your lawyer BEFORE you procede to their "next step".

Globalmail fails to mention that after the LOI is received that Mr Al Levi then asks for $30K US to setup the required companies in the Bahamas and that his company will do it for you. They also require you to pay all there travel and living expenses while doing the deal in the Bahamas.... cheap holiday !!!!. If you want to do it yourself you are told it will cost $90K. However there are companies on the web who will do it for $900. So that is the scam, he then takes the 30K and then gives some bullshit reason for not being able to do the deal. Somebody will deal with these animals one of these days !!!!
