Has anyone had any experience with Gardner Commercial Capital? They seem to be a group of complete idiots to me but I stand ready to be corrected. They clearly can't analyze a business deal and will drag their feet after they get a "due diligence fee" from you.

Seem like scammers to me.

Definitely scammers...after they receive the "due diligence" fee you never hear from them again...they refuse to answer their phones or respond to e-mails. Stay far away from this crook Quincy Gardner!!!

Quincy Gardner is definitely a scammer. I have first-hand experience with him. I know of three others that were taken at the same time as me. We were all working with a broker that connected us with him. None of us received the funding promised and none have received a refund.

I've contacted the governmental authorites because I'm told that this is fraud and they will go after him. If anyone else has been scammed by Quincy, post your experience and the authorites will help.

If they closed a deal for your client give us some info so we can verify. For all we know u can be associated with him. I just received his letter of interest and was always told that no real broker will charge an upfront fee because they make more than enough on the back end. I also got ripped off for the same fee amount just recently.

I have also been scammed by Gardner for $17K. Same story - paid due diligence, got the news that they could not fund, said they would refund money, but can't get hold of them now. Like all of you, two of my clients got defrauded by Quincy Gardner. One lost $8,500 and the other lost $17,000. I already filed a complaint with the FTC. I am not going to file complaints with the Attorney General, Cobb County Fraud Division, and FBI.

Just got off the phone with Quincy and he has just told me that they will not require any upfront fees to get funding. I will give him the benefit of the doubt since it will cost me nothing out of pocket to see if they will fund my project and any fees will come out of the funding on the back end(loan fee, origination fee). While there are a lot of brokers that are scammers and never do anything after they receive an upfront fee, one can not be called a scammer if you don't get funding. Most brokers don't charge any upfront fees to begin with and they are the best ones to work with and yes i too have been scammed by a broker but i also no he did nothing as far as due diligence on my project. He just took the money and ran.

Just one more to add to the list, after paying $8,500.00 due diligence and then another $3,900.00 for and appraisal Quincey has ignored all calls for the last two weeks.
This will not end quite as easily as Quincy would like it to.

It is an unfortunate thing but I do not think there is any recourse. I have seen his LOI's and I do not know how anyone with any common sense would actually agree to it. Shame on him but shame on you too for checking his references thoroughly.

I am currently involved with Quincy Gardner and will hopefully be funded for with 2 projects.I have seen his Letter of Interest and he has asked for no upfront fees.So what do I have to lose?.
