Lake Cumberland is used by the COE to keep Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake pool levels stable.

I don't think it has anything at all to do with Kentucky Lake. Kentucky Lake is on the Tennessee River, Barkley Lake is on the Cumberland River.

Kentucky Lake's level may be affected by the level of Barkley. Is there a lock between them? If not then water will seek its own level
The real issue here is what will the CWJ do for news stories now that the Dam fix is history?

Yes, there is a lock between them.

YES, and also a fear factor over everyones heads to keep increasing the Electric Bills. Since they started working on the dam this time they have milked more money and More money from the Customers. This is sad!
