the Republicans when in majority should have given running any surplus a chance, had they we may not have been in such a sad state of disrepair from the massive looting of the Treasury during the Bush Presidency to fulfill his obligations to his political financial supporters and close associates in the war making industries.

There has never been a Republican President who has shrunk America's budget deficits year over year.

Even the Liberal media is begining to notice the lack of leadership. He made a fool of himself when he handed off Middle Eastern leadership to Putin a couple weeks ago. He is totally incompetent. His new approval ratings is 37%, and falling like a rock. What could he expect? He shows less leadership today then he did 5 years ago. His Obamacare is a big mess. He is having temper tantrums like a spoiled child.
