Not sure what you consider "useless", Streets. However the money usually goes to purchasing equipment for law enforcement. Could be radios, vests, computer systems and software and so on.

Why? Sure that's what the cooch wants it earmarked for, but this is MEDICAID fraud, so why it shouldn't it be funneled back to those whose funding was defrauded (i.e. those on medicaid), or the taxpayers who paid for it.
