Balich is an idiot. He thinks he has to stick his nose into every little thing this city does. Progress has all but stopped in Homer Glen, all in the name of this stupid tea party.
The tea party has nothing to do with this issue. The water company is printing their own money selling water to us for any price they want. It's not like we can go somewhere else. There is no competition. This is called a monopoly and something must be done.
This clown Balich is clueless.
