Detroit -- The U.S. Secret Service says it's busted the bandit who boosted a truck carrying equipment for Vice President Joe Biden's visit to Michigan last month.

He was also employed by Goodwill Industries. Every time I go there or Salvation Army I believe I am in the midst of alcoholics and felons working in back or unloading.

I actually know him,he should've been locked up. He's a menace! Nice going Chuck, oh yeah they call him Charlie Chuck

And not too bright or lucky either. Cameras are everywhere and Charlie shows up clearly. You had to know that a theft of Biden's vehicle was going to be solved quickly. It was an unfortunate choice of victims. Criminals are not scholars.
