Credit Card Fraud Victims Linked to Metro Restaurant

Authorities are asking people to check their credit card accounts after some people reported unauthorized charges after using their cards at an Overland Park restaurant.

James, it wasn't the restaurant that ripped you off --- it was the crooks who hacked into the restaurant's server. Your suggestion to others in "avoiding" Llywelyn's displays your ignorance. Llywelyn's is a victim in this crime, too --- a crime that is becoming more common to business owners, unfortunately. It's simply a risk we take, as consumers, to swipe our debit or credit cards at any business.

We went there and food was good, but the service was pretty bad. Ordered the "beer of the month", and the waitress didn't bother to mention that it was a Premieum beer! RIPOFF!

Katy, Llywlyn's was a victim because they chose not to upgrade their computer system and become pci compliant. They could of prevented this. Who is ignorant?

Got me for about $200. I will still go to Llwelyn's as the food, service and music are great...I may use cash for awhile though!

Do everyone a favor, try to use cash as much as possible. There's a better prospect that it can be circulated locally. Should also get a cash discount as there is not a "cut" taken by VISA or Mastercard for the merchant to accept your card.

The wqorker of the establishment, Should be on the lookout. If you receive a, Letter from your credit card co, look at the,statement Very carefully, to see if some make anyone, Buy something.

If Something don't look, right. If it was, a VISA, or any tipe, of credit card. Look At your statement.Check it to, see if,it 's stolen. Contact the police right away.You don't want to be the victim.Alway check your statements, when they come,in the mail, open it up,check it very carefully.
