Saying they are fed up with being told that they can’t do their jobs, 10 immigration agents on Thursday sued the Obama administration to try to overturn the president’s new non-deportation policy.

The lawsuit, filed in a federal court in Texas, adds a legal controversy to the political fight that has been brewing over President Obama’s immigration policies, which have steadily narrowed the range of immigrants whom the government is targeting for deportation.

The 10 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and deportation officers said Mr. Obama’s policies force them to choose between enforcing the law and being reprimanded by superiors, or listening to superiors and violating their own oaths of office and a 1996 law that requires them to put those who entered the country illegally into deportation proceedings.

The Homeland Security agency charged with immigration enforcement has repeatedly lied to Congress, the American people and the media by drastically increasing the number of individuals that have been apprehended, deported or detained.

The latest..........

A long-awaited overhaul of U.S. immigration law has a good chance of happening this year, bringing major changes to the millions of people living here illegally-and perhaps giving the economy a boost.

While details are sketchy right now, the Obama administration last week announced it is launching a major effort to push reforms through Congress soon.

A major goal is to expand the guest worker program to allow more foreign nationals to legally work in the U.S. But the biggest hurdle may be whether to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants in the U.S.-or deport them.

If they would catch and deport rather than catch and release it would be much more cost effective. Police keep arresting the same ones over and over again and the feds let them go.

XXI CENTURY

I am in favor all undocumented people in this country (amnesty) but I wanna explain , USA do not need 12 milhon undocumented in this country:

1) to pay in-come tax,
Note: they print money every day, milhons, and milhons

2) to be a labor productive
Note: they can buy whatever they wanna.

3) to go to the army
Note: they have a NUKE

4) nevér say " they can not deport 20 milhon...... "
Note : " yes they can "

So, by 27 years undocumented people in this country are like white mouse in the lab,(1986-2013), check this out:

1) they showed what happens when you PASSED AMNESTY BILL (1986 republican Regan president ) without employers enforcement,,( if they contract somebody without properly documents)
Note: 1986 -- Bill gates, Apple, linux or NASA did not have many tecnology that we have today, funny :-)

2) 27 years with illegal entry by south border means a huge black market for dirt guys.

A) smuglers
B) drugs
C) money wash
D) prostitution
E) slave labor
F) desistabilization on mexico governament
G) human trafic

Note: many more, to open a big hole in american economy. I forget about those guys with expire visas.

3) scapegoat to american election. Just to promote bad guys in our powerfull body ( governament )
Now is time to fix this broken system , because many people death, sofer and cry just to enrich a few, bad busyness without a lider.

Thanks

Nothing will ever be solved until the Armed Forces are on the border. That will put a halt to this invasion if knowing you will be shot for illegal entry.

Not all of them are unarmed. Read a little on the subject. We have a right to protect ourselves from these interlopers.

THINK TANK

Why do you need a gun or more fance if we can create a virtual border fance in their country of origem?

1) e-verify and criminalize who contract undocumented work.

2) inpection inside work force specially inside companies around the borders.

Nobody will try to came here across the south border or expire visas if they can not find work

Thanks
