Outgoing Visteon CEO to get $2.5 million payout

Outgoing Visteon Corp . CEO Michael Johnston will receive $2.5 million in severance pay when he leaves June 1, according to a report filed by the supplier with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission .

I think this guy should receive nothing. What kind of leadership has he ever shown to the Visteon employees as well as shareholders?
