Glad I sold my stock!! A company just bought all of the outstanding shares and took them private. Sucks to be them!

Wander why Ortho surgery costs so much? Check out the crime syndicate that runs from southern Michigan, through northern Indiana and down to Tennesee. Maybe 4 or 5 ortho companies who have had very special relationships with surgeons throughout the country and beyond. That's okay. The federal prisons need surgeons to take care of our aging prisoners. And the surgeons will make a lucrative $1 a day.Buyer.Oops, I mean patient beware!!

This is a company with alot of the changes going on. They are attempting to become Depuy of 90's. Unfortunately even Binder will not have enough time or energy to make it happen. they have already started to screw with their distributor sales team and are setting up for going to a direct sales team, cutting them out. their vp of sales is home grown and does not have the experience or trust from the field to pull it off. the new owners will not put up with this kind of stuff and will spin it sooner rather than later.

Biomet has indeed followed Depuy's footsteps of lawsuits and controversies for their hip implant devices. Their victims have every right to be vindicated from the suffering and pain endured due to a failed hip replacement. The site http://www.rotlaw.com/biomet/ provides info on how one can attain justice for being harmed by Biomet's metal-on-metal hip implant.
