Yeah, Jesus would say he "makes more money than my whole family". That in itself makes you a phony. I don't think Jesus would appreciate people like you using his name.

Definition of IMMIGRANT
: one that immigrates: as
a : a person who comes to a country to take up permanent residence
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/imm...
Definitions:

Alien, Immigrant, Illegal Alien, Undocumented Immigrant

These related terms are often used in deliberately confusing and conflicting ways. Here is a set of definitions that will help you sort out the difference.

IMMIGRANT: In popular usage, an "immigrant" is generally understood to be a person who migrates to another country, usually for permanent residence. Under this definition, therefore, an "immigrant" is an alien admitted to the U.S. as a lawful permanent resident. The emphasis in this definition is upon the presumptions that (1) the immigrant followed U.S. laws and procedures in establishing residence in our country; (2) he or she wishes to reside here permanently; and (3) he or she swears allegiance to our country or at least solemnly affirms that he/she will observe and respect our laws and our Constitution.

ALIEN: By contrast, an "alien" is generally understood to be a foreigner -- a person who comes from a foreign country -- who does not owe allegiance to our country.

ILLEGAL ALIEN: An "illegal alien" is a foreigner who (1) does not owe allegiance to our country; and (2) who has violated our laws and customs in establishing residence in our country. He or she is therefore a criminal under applicable U.S. laws.

The term "illegal alien" is used by U.S. citizens who believe that
non-citizens entering our country must comply with our immigration laws.

The term "illegal alien" is predicated upon U.S. immigration law
which requires foreigners entering the U.S. to comply with our country's rules and laws regarding entry into, and residence within, our country.

UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANT: The term "undocumented immigrant" is an oxymoron (the parts conflict). An immigrant is synonymous with "permanent legal resident." The old term for the document authorizing a permanent legal resident is "green card." The term "undocumented" is derived from the accurate term "undocumented aliens" who are often called "border crossers." Proper terms are "illegal alien" or "undocumented alien" but not
"undocumented immigrant." Although not commonly used, the term "documented alien" accurately refers to foreign nationals who have an unexpired non-immigrant visa such as H-1B.

Most U.S. citizens do not use the term "undocumented immigrant"
and prefer, instead, the more descriptive and accurate term "illegal alien".

******The term "undocumented immigrant" is used by those who believe in "open borders", i.e., non-regulation of foreigners entering into and assuming residence in the U.S., including even those foreigners who owe allegiance to a foreign government and/or who may intend harm to the U.S.******

Illegal Aliens Receive Billions in IRS Tax Benefits

Friday, 23 Sep 2011 05:17 PM

By James Walsh

On July 7, 2011, the U.S. Department of Treasury's inspector general for tax administration issued a startling report entitled "Individuals Who Are Not Authorized to Work in the United States Were Paid $4.2 Billion in Refundable Credits."

No wonder the nation's finances are in turmoil.

******It is clear that unauthorized aliens are filing ITIN tax returns with fraudulent data.******

The Treasury report found that "One common type of
fraudulent refund involves taxpayers fabricating a Wage and Tax Statement (Form W-2) that shows excess withholding and results in a tax refund."

NBC2 Investigates: Voter fraud

Posted: Feb 02, 2012 1:34 PM CST Updated: Feb 02, 2012 5:32 PM CST

By Andy Pierrotti, NBC2 Investigator

Two elections supervisors are taking action after an NBC2 investigation uncovers flawed record keeping and human error allowing people who are not citizens of the United States to vote.

No one knows how widespread this problem is, because county election supervisors have no way to track non-citizens who live here.

So NBC2 did something election officials never thought to do, and found them on our own.

"I vote every year," Hinako Dennett told NBC2.

The Cape Coral resident is not a US citizen, yet she's registered to vote.

NBC2 found Dennett after reviewing her jury excusal form. She told the Clerk of Court she couldn't serve as a juror because she wasn't a U.S. citizen.

We found her name, and nearly a hundred others like her, in the database of Florida registered voters.

Naples resident Yvonne Wigglesworth is also a not a citizen, but is
registered to vote. She claims she doesn't know how she got registered.

"I have no idea. I mean, how am I supposed to know."

Records show Wigglesworth voted six times in elections dating back eleven years.

"I know you cannot vote before you become a citizen, so I never tried to do anything like that," Samuel Lincoln said.

He isn't a U.S. citizen either, but the Jamaican national says he doesn't know how he ended up registered to vote.

"It's their mistake, not mine," said Lincoln.

We obtained a copy of his 2007 voter registration application. It's clearly
shows he marked U.S. citizen.

"This is under oath, that document, they are attesting that it is true and by falsifying, it's a third degree felony," said Tim Durham, Collier County's chief elections supervisor.

County supervisors of elections tell me they have no way to verify
citizenship. Under the 1992 Motor Voter Law, they're not required to ask for proof.

Medical care to illegal aliens Report:

"Mexican ambulance drivers are driving their hospital patients who can't pay
for medical care in Mexico, to facilities in the United States. They know
that the federal Emergency Medical Act mandates that U.S. hospitals with
emergency-room services must treat anyone who requires care, including
illegal aliens.

Medical service for Americans in affected communities is being severely
damaged as hospitals absorb more than $200 million in unreimbursed costs.
Some emergency rooms have shut down because they cannot afford to stay open.
Local tax-paying Americans are either denied medical care or have to wait in
long lines for service as the illegals flood the facilities. In California,
the losses are calculated to be about $79 million, with $74 million in
Texas,$31 million in Arizona, and $6 million in New Mexico."1

These costs are staggering. The Cochise County, Arizona Health Department
spends as much as 30 percent of its annual $9 million budget on illegal
aliens.3 The Copper Queen Hospital in Bisbee, Arizona, has spent $200,000 in
uncompensated services out of a net operating budget of $300,000.3 The
University Medical Center in Tucson may lose as much as $10 million and the
Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, also in Tucson, has lost $1 million
in the first quarter of fiscal 2002.3

As noted above, in a recent year in Colorado, the state's emergency Medicaid
program paid an estimated $30 million in hospital and physician delivery
costs for about 6,000 illegal immigrant mothers - average of $5,000 per
baby.

The Gwinnett, Georgia, Hospital System expects has established a $34 million
reserve to cover its anticipated outlay for illegal aliens in 2003. Los
Angeles Times columnist Ronald Brownstein wrote in his December 30, 2003
column that the 'Health-Care Storm Brewing in California Threatens to Swamp
U.S... the impending Medicaid disaster is not a problem the states can
handle alone; their budget shortfalls are too big.'2

"The General Accounting Office traveled to southern Arizona to study the
impact of illegal immigrants on Arizona and other border state hospitals. In
2002, three hospitals located in Cochise County funded more than $1 million
in uncompensated health care costs... The Florida Hospital Association
surveyed 28 hospitals and found that health care for illegal aliens totaled
at least $40 million in 2002."2

(CBS) It was 5 a.m. and CBS News national correspondent Byron Pitts is with
a woman who is nine months pregnant. She's rushed to a south Texas hospital
to undergo a C-section - a $4,700 medical procedure that won't cost her a
dime. She qualifies for emergency Medicaid.

She gave birth to a healthy, 8 1/2 pound baby boy - born in America. His
Mexican mother gave him an American name: Eliot.

Eliot is one of an estimated 300,000 children of illegal immigrants born in
the United States every year, according to the Pew Hispanic Center. They're
given instant citizenship because they are born on U.S. soil, which makes it
easier for their parents to become U.S. citizens.

That's because those babies can eventually sponsor their parents - when they
turn 21 years old.

WIC and Hispanics

Reaching Low-Income Hispanics With Nutrition Assistance

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants
and Children (WIC) provides a combination of food assistance, nutrition
education, and easier access to health care for pregnant, breastfeeding, and
postpartum women, infants, and children up to the age of five years.
Eligible persons must be financially needy and at nutritional risk. WIC
benefits usually take the form of vouchers or checks that may be redeemed
for specific food types. In FY 2006, USDA spent nearly $5.1 billion to serve
about 8.2 million WIC participants. Hispanics represent the largest
racial/ethnic group in the WIC Program. In 2004, about 39 percent of those
enrolled in WIC were of Hispanic origin.

*Approximately 3/4 of the Hispanic infants born in the United States participate in WIC.

American Workers Continue to Pick up Jobs Left Vacant by Immigration Raids

A new report in USA Today finds that unemployed U.S. citizens continue to
fill up jobs left vacant by immigration raids, particularly at meatpacking
and poultry plants. The reports says that plants impacted by the raids were
back up and running at full capacity within months of the raids.
Vanderbilt University professor Carol Swain said the raids were beneficial
to the American workforce.
"Whenever there's an immigration raid, you find white, black and legal
immigrant labor lining up to do those jobs that Americans will supposedly
not do," Prof. Swain said in the USA Today article.
The USA Today report cites a study conducted by Steven Camarota at the
Center for Immigration Studies that found Americans holding the majority of
positions in fields that many claim are dominated by illegal aliens.
