Whenever he reaches out to Repubs it is always for show, never will he take great ideas from them.

Those ideas were so great that the American people out right rejected them last November. You would think that after rejecting reality in the general election - that showed Obama winning - only to be slapped out of your delusions when he won. Elections have consequences and Paul Ryan was rejected out right along with a guy at the head of the ticket... so he will never get to implement his disgusting budget.

I find it difficult to believe that any sane person would find this Eddie Munster lookalike 'charming.' He is a vicious social Darwinist!

Love Ryan using the word "real" which I have never thought is a word I would describe Ryan.

Watching Ryan today whining about campaigning etc. I hadn't realized how the repubs feel they are victims.

But I guess they are still smarting from this second term presidential victory!

Great ideas?? They don't have any great ideas. That doesn't stop Obama. He takes all their ideas and offers them back. Consider he offered them Romney care. He offered them continuation of almost all bush policies including more wars, more wasteful spending, more deficits and debt, more corruption. Obama even goes so far as appointing die hard, whacked out republicans to his cabinet. There is very little that the republicans have asked for that Obama didn't cave. If Obama were honest, he would have changed his political affiliation to republican years ago.

Oh please! When republicans were for single payer option for health care, developed by the Heritage Foundation, you were all for it - Obama wanted to do it, then it was BAD!

Republicans were all for stimulus spending - the same azzholes (Boehner, Ryan), went along with that - Obama does ONE round of stimulus - BAD!

Stop being hypocritical, and look back at what republicans were FOR, until Obama embraced some of your ideas, then ask yourself with an open mind "Why are we now against this?"

See his new plan? Wants to hold on to the additional taxes generated under Obamacare, but still do away with Obamacare, and issue vouchers.

Where is Obama's budget that was due in Feb? Was he too busy playing with Tiger Woods, or campaigning, or on vacation?

Obama is late by about two months on the 'spending more budget' but who cares as long as spending Obama checks continue to go to the liberal parasitic base. Obama says that budget does not need to be balanced as long as he spends more and more money on buying votes of the poor and Middle Class for the 2014 elections for the defeating of GOP in the House. Obama is in full election campaign mode and in reckless mode of 'spend today on votes and forget about tomorrow' since his election in 2009 as Obama needs more money to buy votes of 30 million more Americans with free food stamps, Obama phone and free healthcare to defeat GOP in the 2014 elections. On the other hand GOP Congress is worrying about the destruction of America from bankruptcy, they offer cuts in the budget while they do not think it will hurt then in 2014 elections. Evidently, more than half of the Americans getting free Obama check every month for the rest of their lives cannot care less about the fall of America to bankruptcy as long as Obama keep sending them money that he cuts from the US Military and making it the most dysfunctional military in US history. Harry Reid is a despicable and disgraceful mentally sick liberal who will spend every trillion dollar that he can still get from China and Saudi Arabia and use it to buy votes of the more than 30 million parasites of the Blacks, Hispanic and Asians that do not want to work and will vote for Obama in 2014 in return for food stamps for lifetime.

Eddie Munster is going to make Medicare into vouchers. So the old tea party who wanted full Medicare loves Paul Ryan who is going to make Medicare into vouchers. You can't fix stupid.

In reality, the government should have made Medicare into vouchers about 30 years ago after the WWII folks had been on it for about 20 years and after advanced health care had arrived because at that point two things were going on. One, the WWII generation paid zero into Medicare and they began to live not to be 62, more like 90, so they were starting to stay on Medicare for 30 years, not for 2 years like the government had planned, and the second thing is once researchers came up with organ transplants and heart surgeries and new hips and new knees and new expensive tests and meds, the costs of Medicare went from being cheap country doctor type of medical care to super expensive, high tech health care, and so here we had a generation on it for about 40 years now who paid nothing into it so it went broke. So the government should have made it into vouchers back then when it started going under financially.

The thing is it was a tiny insurance program where people only pay 1.45 percent in and that was when people lived to be 62 and if you made it to 65 you would get it for a few years. So the government never foresaw every person living to get it, and they never imagined people would be on it for 30 to 40 years and that it would be preimier advanced health care. It would cost old people about $3,000 a month in premiums to get that health care when they are old.

So the problem is it would cost $85 TRILLION more than people paid into it to give the baby boomers Medicare, so they have to make it into vouchers now otherwise it simply goes bankrupt in the next two years.

So Ryan will give everyone like a $12,000 voucher for the year and that way Medicare won't go bankrupt.

The way it will work is if people have pensions then they have to pay for about $6,000 of their own premium. He wants to means test the vouchers. Like the more you get retired, then you don't get the $12,000 voucher, maybe he gives you $6,000 and you pay for the rest. So rather than old people being on all of these various government pensions sucking up most of the tax money from the federal gov. and from the states AND getting full medical care from the federal government, they will have to use some of their taxpayer pensions to pay for some of their own health care. Instead of the government taking care of them in total so they can travel and buy second homes on the government's dime, people are going to have to take some financial responsibility for their health care. So that's a good thing. It will make people realize what socialism really was and how they were on it and hnow muchd free stuff they had been getting from the government and wake people up to the fact that you can't just live off of the government, that the money runs out, and it will give people more self-esteem once they have to pay their own way, at least a bit, and the main thing is that will wipe out the $85 trillion of unfunded liabilities in Medicare and it will save Medicare. It will force people to grow up a bit and pay for things themselves and will put an end to the tea party who is on the government. They will have to grow up and pay their own way a bit and stop whinning and stop demanding so much money from the government. It's a good thing all the way around.

Ther term "low information voters" was coined by Dems in reference to right-wing idiots like you.

Your snotty, borderline-racist post about Dem voters indicates the same elitist arrogance shown by your White Hopes Romney and Ryan, and will have the same ongoing effects on the electorate - more Democratic Party victories.

Enjoy! LOL
