U.S. lawmaker suggests Obama told of Petraeus affair earlier

Nov 18, 2012 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Reuters

The head of the House Intelligence Committee suggested on Sunday that President Barack Obama might have known about former CIA Director David Petraeus' extra-marital affair before the November election, and said Attorney General Eric Holder should address this question soon before Congress.

Below is Sept 12 2012 obama Rose Garden speech...The very speech candy crowley just happen to have a copy of on hand during the debate and used it to back up obama’s lie that he called Libya 9/11 an act of terror from the get-go. Of course her later admission that Romney was correct came after around 30,000,000 people had turned off their TVs leaving Mitt Romney looking like he was incorrect…

1) The United States condemns in the strongest terms this outrageous and shocking attack. We're working with the government of Libya to secure our diplomats. I've also directed my administration to increase our security at diplomatic posts around the world. And make no mistake, we will work with the Libyan government to bring to justice the killers who attacked our people.

2) Since our founding, the United States has been a nation that respects all faiths. We reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others. But there is absolutely no justification to this type of senseless violence. None. The world must stand together to unequivocally reject these brutal acts.

3) As Americans, let us never, ever forget that our freedom is only sustained because there are people who are willing to fight for it, to stand up for it, and in some cases, lay down their lives for it. Our country is only as strong as the character of our people and the service of those both civilian and military who represent us around the globe.

4) No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for. Today we mourn four more Americans who represent the very best of the United States of America. We will not waver in our commitment to see that justice is done for this terrible act. And make no mistake, justice will be done.

IMO...The second sentence in the second paragraph is the binding reason behind the murders of 4 Americans otherwise there would be no reason whatsoever for the second paragraph. Obviously a video that denigrated the religious beliefs of a crowd stood as the reason for the murders. A video which obama blamed and talked about for two weeks all while denying Libya 9/11 was a terrorist attack.

Obviously b. h. obama lied to the American people in the debate after the American people for weeks were led to believe everything was the fault of a video. Even the video maker was arrested.

In the final paragraph b. h. obama clearly uses the No Acts of Terror line as a plural generality otherwise he would have been specific and said,“No Act of Terror.” He could not be specific because the No Acts of Terror line is without question superseded by the second paragraph's binding explanation.

b. h. obama is not a president he is a pathetic weasel who never said Libya 9/11 was a terrorist attack in the Rose Garden or anywhere else. Instead for two weeks b. h. obama chose to blame the murders of 4 Americans on a video. Let’s say it was a terror attack as obama suddenly proclaimed in debate 2 then obama’s response to a terror attack was to head to Las Vegas and party with Jay-Z, etc.

Obviously Mitt Romney was correct.

Watching Obama squirm like a worm on a hot tin roof was worth losing the election for. Tose lies have a way of catching up to you. His lying reputation is following him around like a shadow now.
Did he or didn't he give the go ahead to help Chris Stevens? Yes or no. I think we all know the answer to that. No amount of word-smithing is going to help the "Butcher of Benghazi"

LOL. It's already old news. The story was changed by the Intel Community. It just broke on CNN. It wasn't the White House after all. Let's see, Fast and Furious didn't stick, Benghazi won't stick, maybe your keyboard will stick and the truth will finally be set free.

The TRUTH is...

Official: Changes to Benghazi talking points made by intel community
Changes made for legitimate, not political, reasons, official says
UPDATED 10:43 PM CST Nov 19, 2012

WASHINGTON (CNN)—

The intelligence community -- not the White House, State Department or Justice Department -- was responsible for the substantive changes made to the talking points distributed for government officials who spoke publicly about the attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, the spokesman for the director of national intelligence said Monday.

The unclassified talking points on Libya, developed several days after the the deadly attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, were not substantively changed by any agency outside of the intelligence community, according to the spokesman, Shawn Turner.

Republican criticism of the talking points intensified last Friday following a closed door hearing with former CIA Director David Petraeus.

Rep. Peter King, R-New York, told reporters after the hearing that the original talking parts drafted by the CIA had been changed and it was unclear who was responsible.

"The original talking points were much more specific about al Qaeda involvement and yet final ones just said indications of extremists," King said.

The September 11 attack resulted in the death of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.

The unclassified talking points were first developed by the CIA at the request of the House Intelligence Committee, whose members wanted to know what they could say publicly about the Benghazi attack.

The initial version included information linking individuals involved in the attack to al Qaeda, according to a senior U.S. official familiar with the drafting of the talking points. But when the document was sent to the rest of the intelligence community for review, there was a decision to change "al Qaeda" to "extremists." The official said the change was made for legitimate intelligence and legal reasons, not for political purposes.

"First, the information about individuals linked to al Qaeda was derived from classified sources," the official said. "Second, when links were so tenuous -- as they still are -- it makes sense to be cautious before pointing fingers so you don't set off a chain of circular and self-reinforcing assumptions. Third, it is important to be careful not to prejudice a criminal investigation in its early stages."

Some Republican members of Congress suggested the change came from within the Obama administration -- from the White House, the Justice Department, or another government agency.

It's a shame Obama never even picked up a finger to help Chris Stevens. Much less issue an order to allow force to be used in Benghazi. He said he did everything he could to help Chris Stevens. There has to be a written order from the president for force and violence to be used in another country. Let's see it. Obama said he did all he could. Let's see it. There should be hundreds of copies all over the place. Let's see one.
Obama spilled American blood to make himself look good. What's the punishment for that?

There is more terrorism to come thanks to Obama. How many other events did he hide successfully without getting caught?
