Stop recruiting females and the concept of integrated units, go back to male-only, female only units as it used to be before the era bunch tossed their bras and screamed to be equal. Then go back to no gheys and the 50% will drop pretty quickly.

From the very FIRST sentence of the article:

"The number of reported sexual assaults across the military shot up by more than 50 percent this year, an increase that defense officials say may suggest that victims are becoming more willing to come forward after a tumultuous year of scandals that shined a spotlight on the crimes and put pressure on the military to take aggressive action."

Either read the article or get your head out of your ass.

barock weakens America by every measure.

Our military hasn't been this poor since Vietnam.

He turned recession to depression and our military to panhandlers.

He just passed carter as the worst CinC in history. The arab spring he turned to winter proves it.

Next time, get someone with experience.

Kirsten Gillibrand knows even less about the military or our economy. She was just Hillary's handpicked crony successor.

The coming forward is only a symptom of the real problem.

Separate the men, woman and gays and they'll only assault each other.

Ecofanaticism: SolyndraGate was no isolated case of corrupt government misspending. The U.S. Navy was just forced to buy 450,000 gallons of biofuels from an Obama-connected firm at an outrageous $16 per gallon.

The massive Obama stimulus was supposed to generate millions of jobs, but the $535 million loan guarantee it gave to solar panel maker Solyndra on the eve of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy illustrated the fundamental incompetence of Obama’s neo-Keynesian economic ideology.

the US military has long been one of the largest developers of alternative fuels, as they should be. they need diverse fuel capabilities.

Sorry Charlie.

No matter how liberal you are,you can't legislate human behavior.

Separate em,or deal with the consequences.

yet men and women work together in tight groups everywhere else and they behave themselves.

no, that is not the problem, the problem is these people were not taught any discipline, honor or loyalty. this is evident by the way the military has been sweeping this issue under the rug for decades. they don't even have discipline at the very top.

As 2013 ends, President Obama has lost credibility with many people who trusted him at the start of the year. Thanks to the Healthcare.gov debacle, polls find support for the president among women and independents has dropped to the lowest ebb of his presidency. Obama's words -- promising Americans they could keep their doctors under his health care plan -- didn’t match his deeds.

Surprisingly, the same thing is happening on the other side of the world among Arabs in the Middle East and for the same reason.

Too often, Obama’s speeches and actions don’t match.

"We are glad the Americans are here," said Ahmed al-Ibrahim, an adviser to some of Saudi Arabia's royals and officials, when I met with him recently, "but we fear that the president has lost credibility after Syria."

Uhhhhhhh yeah,,,,,,,,,

Men and woman work together in the private sector and then go home.

They don't retire to the barracks after they work together all day and share the same sleeping space, bathroom facilities, mess halls, social circles and living space 24-7.

You could put a baby seal in that environment and eventually it'll get whacked.

in many areas they do and they do not have problems. the people at the antarctica stations do just that and they do not have those problems, as they are disciplined people.

sorry, your "logic" just doesn't stand up to the real world.

and how would your bullshit explain the lack of discipline ad honor of the top brass sweeping this under the rug for decades? you can lose multiple times with one post you are so stupid!

You're an idiot.

Most recruits are just out of high school. You want to turn our military into a frat party the way you turn our cities to ghettoes and suburbs to trailer parks.

We should bring back the draft for non-combat roles. I'd send all these knockout game participants who prey on the defenseless to boot camp to find out what toughness really means.
