Washington, D.C.'s non-voting congressional Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton told her House colleagues on Friday that other branches of government do not necessarily have a right to know what the White House does in private.

If I recall they subpoenaed and question several White House staffers during the Watergate Hearings. This is an investigation. It is now time for a special prosecutor to get rid of exchanges and obfuscation like this.
