You boys remind me of the dumb school kid who blames the teacher because they cannot grasp the issues and subject matter.

It's highly significant that a senator with Senator Feinstein's credentials in working with the intelligence community would go to the Senate floor and make a constitutionally protected speech about how the CIA is undermining a critical oversight role," said Greg Nojeim

to paraphrase Hillary Clinton.. quote, "what's the big deal?"

think about it some. the democrats are making a BIG fuss over how we deal with terrorists.

REMEMBER.. these are people who kill americans. they don't torture our troops. they KILL our troops.

and people like diane Feinstein are all up in arms about this. makes you wonder why?

frankly, I think we should just KILL the terrorists and have done with the issue. no need to put them in prisons. no need to feed them. no need to deal with hunger strikes. etc.

hell, that is what they are doing to our troops. right? do you hear about any of our troops being kept in prisons over in the middle east being mistreated? do you need to wonder why?

I wonder if Feinstein would have a fit if we JUST killed all the enemy combatants rather then put them in prisons.?

her loyalties towards the enemy combatants is misplaced.

she probably doesn't even realize that THEY declared war on US.

cocaine using, marijuana smoking, BRAIN DEAD, stupid, liberal hippies. they have no business being on capitol hill.

capitol hill is full of anti-American jane fonda types. unbelievable.

she is demonizing the cia over activities in a war that the muslims declared on us.

how's that for grasping the issues and subject matter?

in other words, she is siding with the enemy.

Its pretty clear that you dont have a clue what you are talking about and also have not even attempted to read the article you are commenting on repeatedly.

She is "demonizing" the cia on spying on their (the cia) oversight committee as well as deleting files off computer systems they should not be accessing. Her whole issue really has little to do with terrorism, muslims, or war.

hey, genius.

don't you know congress voted in the patriot act?

do you know anything about the patriot act?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USA_PATRIOT_Act

did you know that Obama approved extending the patriot act?

it's the LAW, genius. the cia has the right to oversee everything. EVERYONE. including diane Feinstein.

if you don't like the law, you change it. but in the meantime, you don't ignore it.

oh. so this is another example of the democrats telling us quote, "this is a BAD law, so, we don't enforce it. we FIX it."???

I'm so sick of you liberals. I wish you would all just jump off a cliff.

another thing.. GENIUS.

do you even know why they are having this congressional meeting? as I understand it, it is for examining if the cia went overboard with the torture of enemy combatants. water boarding, etc. REMEMBER?

let me ask you.. DID YOU READ THE ARTICLE???? you ask me if I did. and NOW I'm asking you.

Yes i know the reasons behind this current investigation you are citing. There are probably dozens of other investigations going on as well. But none of that matters as the whole point she and the article are making is that they are spying/removing data from computers used by the oversight committee. Regardless of what they are investigating and how you feel about said investigations; spying on the people who are supposed to oversee you isnt going to go well no matter how you try to spin it.

again, there you go citing a bunch of nonsense that doesnt matter. Go ahead and say you are right that they have a right to spy on the people whom are supposed to be overseeing them.

Does that mean they also get to go in and delete data relevant data into an investigation into themselves? Doing so on congressional computers? And if you think the Pat Act extends to the highly classified docs inside our own gov, i got news for you...

But your last line shows how little you actually know.

I think I understand it better than YOU.

to begin with, the CIA is OUR PEOPLE. they are fighting for our freedoms. we have these POS muslims declaring war on us. killing us in 9/11.

and then, you get these brain dead liberals like Feinstein demonizing OUR PEOPLE for their treatment of MUSLIMS who are killing us over some stupid religion.

these muslims are not torturing our troops. they are KILLING them. and this traitor Feinstein and her "kind" are demonizing OUR PEOPLE because of some quote, "questionable torture techniques."?????

frankly, I think this is insane.

how are we suppose to fight this war that was declared on us when you have idiots like Feinstein "OVERSEEING" OUR PEOPLE?

when these muslims are shooting us, Feinstein and "HER KIND" want us to fight back with pellet guns.

honest to god. that is really messed up.

if you cannot see that, YOU are just as messed up as Feinstein.

OBVIOUSLY, you haven't read the patriot act.

if you spend a little time and read it INSTEAD of talking from the gut like many of you liberals do, you would know that the patriot act DOES give the cia the right to do EXACTLY what you and Feinstein say they cannot do.

mind you, the patriot act was signed and approved by our congress. which happens to INCLUDE Feinstein.

something tells me Feinstein did what Pelosi advocates.. quote, "sign the bill first, and then, we can read what it says."

we really have some smart people on capitol hill. NOT!

now, genius. go sit in the corner and read the patriot act before you make a fool of yourself some more.

I'm a buffoon, you say?

hey, genius. I read the patriot act. DID YOU?

don't tell me, you are speaking from the gut. right?

you liberals make me sick.

the cia and our troops are putting their lives on the line for the usa. and you bastards demonize them at every turn.

frankly, I feel like chopping the heads off of some of you idiots so that you open your eyes a little.

the next time you liberals whine about how OUR PEOPLE are doing on the battlefield, I think we should place YOU in the front lines so that you can get a good taste of what OUR PEOPLE are dealing with.

last but not least... why the hell aren't you spewing bullshit towards muslims? they are the ones who declared war on us, you know?

are you that stupid? apparently.

funny thing about that...even Jim Sensensbrenner, one of the main architects of the Patriot Act, didn't know it gave the NSA the power to spy that it did... most members of congress didn't know about it either, even the ones on the oversight committee

so where did you learn about this? did you actually read the whole act? sure, pal, sure.....

“Gang Stalking”

Although Edward Snowden’s revelations about the NSA generated a lot of discussion, U.S. domestic counterintelligence activities receive very little attention. This is so despite a series of news reports on this creepy industry from sources across the political spectrum.

Articles have been appearing with increasing frequency over the past decade about allegations that something comparable to the FBI’s infamous Cointelpro operations is being performed again – and that it apparently includes the organized stalking of targeted individuals using methods virtually identical to those that were used by communist East Germany’s Stasi.

An article in the Nation (America’s oldest continuously-published weekly magazine) in June 2013, for example, stated this about activities by intelligence-security firms, the FBI, and the Department of Justice:“One might think that what we are looking at is Cointelpro 2.0 – an outsourced surveillance state – but in fact it’s worse.”

Gang stalking – also known as “organized stalking”– is a slang term for a set of tactics used in counterintelligence operations involving the covert surveillance and harassment of a targeted individual. The goal of such operations – in the parlance of counterintelligence personnel – is to “subvert” or “neutralize” an individual deemed by a government agency (or its informants) to be an enemy.

A cover article on gang stalking in The Washington Post Magazine in January 2007 by a journalist familiar with military policies and weapon systems portrayed self-proclaimed victims of gang stalking as credible.

Among recent news reports on gang stalking was a TV news broadcast in West Virginia on 14 November 2013 (on CBS affiliate WDTV) which featured two individuals from Pennsylvania who appeared to be credible and sincere, discussing their constant harassment by perpetrators using gang stalking tactics.

Another news report in November 2013, a TV and radio broadcast of Democracy Now!, featured an interview with the director of the Center for Corporate Policy who discussed the shadowy industry of spies employed by U.S. corporations to conduct secret – and often illegal – counterintelligence operations against critics of those corporations.

Articles published in December 2013 by CBS, the Daily Mail, RT, Tech Dirt, and Courthouse News Service reported that a U.S. government contractor filed a lawsuit against multiple federal agencies for gang stalking him (the complaint refers to gang stalking as such). The plaintiff claims he was subjected to constant surveillance – including inside his residence and his vehicle – and constant psychological harassment from co-workers and strangers.

U.S. Department of Justice crime statistics from a 2006 survey indicated that an estimated 445,220 stalking victims reported being stalked by 3 or more perpetrators.

All Americans – not just those who have not been personally targeted by this crime – should be concerned about the apparent use of Stasi tactics by their government and its corporate cronies.

A complete archive with the news reports above and many others on this disturbing trend is posted here – including links to the original sources.
