The only one's paying higher taxes will be those of us who don't have "access" to the loopholes. We need tax reform. The liberal dems are so stupid, they have their dependency based riled up to scream for higher taxes on the top 1% of earners. Yet, they don't realize that without tax reform and loophole elimination, those increases won't mean a hill of beans. A 35% tax rate raised to 55% means nothing when they already pay NOTHING because of loopholes.

The only chance we had of being the America we once were was voting against marxism. We didn't, so now the clue is to survive until sanity returns. If it ever does.

taking 100% of all 1%ers assets right now will pay for 6 weeks of obamas spending at current levels, then after taking these 1%ers ddown to poverty levels, who's obama going to go after next you think ? the trillions in 401k, other retirement accounts, annuities etc. wait for it. redistribution of all of it is his goal as long as the politburo elite skim off what they want.

Yes, Obama's goal is to definitely start taxing wealth, not just income. This will virtually kill the family farm and ranches. It will also attack manufacturing, which will move more jobs off shore, but that is what Obama wants. He wants poor and unarmed citizens, just like Cuba and North Korea. It is the only way for their power to continue.

So, where are the spending cuts necessary to reign in the deficit? Why doesn't the liberal dem party address this, since IT WILL HAPPEN sooner or later? All the liberal media does is spout off about taxing the rich, meanwhile, Odumbo hasn't even offered to cut the spending.

75 Percent of President's Proposed Tax Hikes to Go Toward New Spending...In other words, the extra taxes are just to buy votes.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Tuesday Democrats aren't going to make an offer on spending cuts for Republicans and that it will be hard to reach a "fiscal cliff" deal before Christmas. SAME PLOY THEY USED LAST YEAR, put nothing on the table themselves, but blames republicans for not dropping their pants. Only the children would fall for the Obama two step.
