So how do these illegal aliens contribute to our society? They collect our Welfare and foodstamps, plus their kids get America's free education and lunches. The only mexican's we get are the dirt poor and dumb. No way will they contribute to our deficit.

I was referring specifically for my husband & I, but in general reference to the American people as well.

They could pass the immigration bill in 10 minutes if they so choose.

But they have to CHOOSE to do it.

The GOPasaurs are screwed either way- they can't risk offending their racist base by actually supporting immigration reform; they can't continue offending the growing Hispanic voters & their allies.

The only realistic option is to not bring the bill up at all and come up with some lame excuse, like there's not enough time.

the American people don't want 11-14 million illegals gaining citizenship, dear...
if congress CHOSE to put an immigration a reform bill up, it would go down in flames...
which, is why there isn't currently, nor will there ever be an immigration reform bill.
the next administration will advise the attorney generals office to enforce the laws...unlike what "little ceasar" has done.

I was referring specifically to the growing population of US citizens who happen to be Hispanic as well.

Typical of the Teabagging GOPasaurs, you went immediately to illegals when you heard the term Hispanic.

That's a large part of the reason non-Cuban Hispanics don't vote for the GOP.

Really? It already passed in the Senate 68-32, INCLUDING 14 Republicans.

Hmmmm, that sounds more like it passed.

Btw, Hillary supports immigration reform including a pathway to citizenship. I'm sure her administration will as well.
