<quoted text> I agree, nothing wrong with citizens who have worked HARD to get their wealth, WITHOUT DEPENDING ON GOV. HANDOUTS. These successful business people hire people (American) to make their businesses thrive and compensate their employees depending on job performance. Nothing wrong with this, this is the AMERICAN WAY!!!! NOT GOVERNMENT DEPENDENT citizens or immigrants! this is pure marxism and this administration is very discreetly PUSHING IN THIS DIRECTION.

Republicans see us on the Brink as democrat see opportunity.
Could this explain why, there is such a diverse view of the same equation? Republicans see a dwindling ability to extract social welfare payments from the bottom of the Pyramid scheme’s they have designed. Democrats’ see opportunity for our society by cutting welfare payments to the elitist and returning the Pyramid back to its proper position.

Whistle-Blower Lawyers Throw Support Behind Obama
By ERIC LIPTON
Published: October 1, 2012

By ERIC LIPTON
Attorneys who represent whistle-blowers have made millions as the Obama administration cracks down on corporate fraud, and are now donating heavily to the president's re-election campaign.
WASHINGTON — As the Obama administration has cracked down on corporate fraud, lawyers representing whistle-blowers have reaped multimillion-dollar rewards. Now, as they seek to sustain these historic payouts, they are serving as generous donors to the president’s re-election campaign.
“If someone is defrauding the federal government or investors, they should have the book thrown at them,” said Matt Webb, senior vice president for legal reform policy at the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform.“But increasingly, this is not just about exposing wrongdoing. It is about trying to generate as much money and fees for the firms handling the cases.”
Since January 2009,$13.2 billion has been collected by the federal government from companies through the False Claims Act, the primary whistle-blower tool, with about $9.4 billion of that involving alleged health care fraud. The federal government has recovered more overall in financial penalties against drugmakers since 2009 than in the previous 18 years combined, with whistle-blowers credited for helping initiate about three quarters of the cases, according to a recent study by Public Citizen, a nonprofit group.
Among the biggest False Claims Act settlements was a $2 billion fine against GlaxoSmithKline, accused of illegally promoting one of its blockbuster drugs, which could translate into a more than $100 million bounty for the whistle-blowers, two of whom were represented by Mr. Phillips’s firm. In May, Abbott Laboratories agreed to pay an $800 million fine, which included an $84 million payment to the whistle-blowers, four former Abbott sales staff members, who tipped off authorities about illegal marketing of an anti-seizure drug to children and elderly patients. The lead whistle-blower was represented by Grant & Eisenhofer, a Delaware-based firm whose managing director has also served as bundler and contributor to Mr. Obama.

Most interesting in CA. The high rolling, so-called elite in Hollywood receive a 25% tax break on every dollar they spend producing and promoting movies, while Gov Brown wants to tax everyone else more.

While the parents are relegated to beg for money for their kids' school just to buy school supplies and to pay for such electives as art. The people they are dunning already have paid high property taxes and are being expected to dig deeper into their pockets. Did it ever occur to the school to add more items to the school supply list, or to charge activity fees? I guess it knows that there will only be a few who would actually comply, as it might mean having to give up things to most, but are priorities to them.

And I didn't mean food, clothing and a roof over their heads. I was thinking more of hair salon appointments, manicures and pedicures, drugs and/or alcohol, gold jewelry and the like for themselves, not their poor kids.

We believe our opponents are mistaken, instead of accusing them of being liars, they misunderstand. Look at this headline and story:

Princeton Economist: Obama Campaign Is Misrepresenting My Study on Romney's Tax Plan
8:45 AM, OCT 8, 2012 • BY JOHN MCCORMACK
Last night, the Obama campaign blasted out another email claiming that Mitt Romney's tax plan would either require raising taxes on the middle class or blowing a hole in the deficit. "Even the studies that Romney has cited to claim his plan adds up still show he would need to raise middle-class taxes," said the Obama campaign press release. "In fact, Harvard economist Martin Feldstein and Princeton economist Harvey Rosen both concede that paying for Romney’s tax cuts would require large tax increases on families making between $100,000 and $200,000."

But that's not true. Princeton professor Harvey Rosen tells THE WEEKLY STANDARD in an email that the Obama campaign is misrepresenting his paper on Romney's tax plan:

I can’t tell exactly how the Obama campaign reached that characterization of my work. It might be that they assume that Governor Romney wants to keep the taxes from the Affordable Care Act in place, despite the fact that the Governor has called for its complete repeal. The main conclusion of my study is that under plausible assumptions, a proposal along the lines suggested by Governor Romney can both be revenue neutral and keep the net tax burden on taxpayers with incomes above $200,000 about the same. That is, an increase in the tax burden on lower and middle income individuals is not required in order to make the overall plan revenue neutral.

Obama continually makes statements that are misleading, at best. Many statements are just blatant lies -- but he knows people won't call him on it, and even the fact checkers get no press (surprise!). So middle America believes these lies and he gets his way. Not only that, middle America continually repeats these lies to the point where no one knows the truth about him. And because he lies about Romney, mainstream media doesn't publicize the fact that they are lies, so people believe those lies, too.
He is an immoral man to blatantly make such false and misleading statements. All to retain a position for which he is terribly underqualified and incapable.

The public is very fickle, X and has the attention span of a two-year old. Most informed and educated voters remember all his lies, contradictions and flip-flopping on the issues. Those who hate Obama so passionately will turn a blind eye to Romney's lack of character and dishonesty. Some would rather vote for Charles Manson than Obama after all. That's the level of hate being expressed.

This election isn't about Romney--it's about hating Obama, and Romney's just the puppet being manipulated by the powers that be who are tapping into all that hatred. He's being used in other words, and that's why he appears so robotic. He's the perfect tool for manipulation.

This election is about voting for a president who will have compassion for his fellow man, someone with leadership credentials and moral responsibility. Romney has those characteristics - Obama does not.
Frankly, though, I indeed would have voted for anyone but Obama simply because anyone would be more conservative than he. Not out of hatred or racism, but because I want smaller government and less government control over our lives. There's no shame in voting against Obama, because those who do most likely do not like the future our country faces with four more years of his dictatorship and false rhetoric.
