he solution to the problem is to return the students to their parents - IN MEXICO.

subject to the jurisdiction of the usa.

if the mexican parents requested the usa to return their children to them in mexico, do you think they will do that?

wouldn't that mean the children are NOT subject to the jurisdiction of the usa?

think about it some.

bottomline, we should NOT have to be dealing with issues like this.

what needs to be done is an amendment that clearly indicates that at least one parent of any child born in the usa must be a citizen of the usa before said child is granted the same status.

doing this will save the courts so much of this nonsense.

GET IT DONE!

did you know that Ireland did exactly this. and immediately no debate anymore. commonsense solution.

most countries in the world follow "jus sanquinis". it is time for us to follow suit and do the same already. END THE DEBATE..

These kids obviously don't belong in a civilized country. When someone tells you to go play in traffic, they don't mean it literally. They need to go back to Mexico. Down there, the worst thing that can happen from playing on a busy street is to get stepped on by a passing donkey.

all it takes is an amendment, bro. if it was a law approved via the congress, it would be even easier to change the status quo.

in the case of an "misinterpretation" of the 14th amendment, it would be a slam shut case to do overnight once we get the right people on capitol hill.

anchor babies are not citizens of the usa.

The immigration discussion is being mooted by the reality. The battle is lost. The US will change to something you cannot imagine unless you are homeless and hungry now.

OK. So you have no respect for the law. The Constitution no less.

Now what is it exactly that you have against undocumented workers if the law is not important to you?

let me get this straight...

when you talk about "undocumented workers", are you talking about foreigners who are in the usa ILLEGALLY?

You could not make it any more clear that the law is not important to you. As far undocumented workers you have to explain what your issue is with them. It can not have anything to do with their "legal" status. If you tried to pull that then you would just be a ridiculous hypocrite.
