Yet it is the GOP in the House that has passed the same bill 50 times knowing it wasn't going to pass, and it is the GOP in the House that has refused to take up immigration because they don't know how to handle the RINOs in the tea party right wing.
Yup. And please, PLEASE, keep reminding us that the Democrats in the Senate refused 50 TIMES to remove or modify Obamacare!

Why bother with immigration laws. It's not as if Obama would pay attention to it even if Harry Reid deigned to act on if it were presented to the Senate. Over 40 jobs bills sitting on Reid's desk.
And, just look at Obamacare, as just one other example. Obama shut down the federal government rather than listen to please to delay the employer mandate. Then, afterwards, he delayed the employer mandate!

So, keep reminding us how the Senate won't do anything for the American people.

Even though it was passed, Obama refuses to implement the parts he doesn't like.

They haven't.

The GOP House are like the children who roll around in front of the cash register stomping their feet screaming for candy and the Deomcrats are the mothers who ignore them.

The House proposals were rejected like most Republican ideas. Thats the process in Congress. How is it you discuss politics and show basic understanding of Comgressional protocol?

If it is the law, he must abide by the entire law, not just the parts he likes. He had the chance to delay the employer mandate legally, but passed on the opportunity.

No, he delayed the employer mandate. The rest of your post is noise. You dont have a basic understanding of American legislative protocol.

That delay is precisely what Obama refused to accept rather than shut down the federal government. If he accepted that offer, not only would we have been able to avoid the shutdown, he would have legal standing for delaying the implementation of that part of the law. As it stands, Obama's delay violates the law.
