Where did you study American Government?

Article I of the Constitution
Section 7. All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

It appears you may need to go back to school.

What happened,really?

The Texas economy ranks in line with the top nations in the world, not the nation, the world.

Blue states like New York and California led the way since this data has been kept, not anymore thanks to decades of crippling liberal policies.

As a pretty good indicator look to where fortune 500 companies are headquartered.

Perry has helped the Lone Star State enjoy one of the most vibrant economies in the world, despite this administrations attempts to limit it.

The trailer park is safer though, and has a much higher graduation rate, no doubt.
