Gore? LOL .......... that was more than a decade ago. Why do Cons live in the past?
Stay on the topic - if you have nothing to say, don't waste bandwidth.
Why do liberals feel that fair play is a one sided deal?

Liberals fear a recount, otherwise there would be one.

West's people want to seize ballots so they can fiddle with the outcome. That has already been determined by the voters, and West LOST. Courts have tossed out challenges. Time to man up and admit your guy lost.

End of story.

Don't appear more stupid than you are. With any recount there is repersentatives from both the left and the right as well as election officals for the areas being recounted.

This West character is a crack-pot with fans. He's done nothing with his time in Congress and has been living on the tax payers all of his life, from cradle to grave.

It's time to go out and forge a living separate from receiving government handouts.

He seems to spend more time trying to get a line or two in the media than putting forth any legislative efforts to benefit his constitutes in Florida. It was time they voted out the narcissus for someone who is willing to roll up his/her sleeve and put in the work.

Mr. West had a recount and he lost even more votes that time around. I would think he would quit while he was ahead...so to speak.

Document uncovers details of a planned coup in the USA in 1933 by right-wing American businessmen / 23 July 2007 / http://tinyurl.com/2cc7af
The coup was aimed at toppling President Franklin D Roosevelt with the help of half-a-million war veterans. The plotters, who were alleged to involve some of the most famous families in America,(owners of Heinz, Birds Eye, Goodtea, Maxwell Hse & George Bush’s Grandfather, Prescott) believed that their country should adopt the policies of Hitler and Mussolini to beat the great depression.

Mike Thomson investigates why so little is known about this biggest ever peacetime threat to American democracy.

80 year old history applies to Allen West how again? To top it off there was some question to how close they were to pulling it off. And many WWI vets had legitimate beefs with the US Government(perhaps not revolution worthy but...)-It was Douglas McCarthur of all people that violently stifled a march on Washington.

http://www.worldwar1.com/dbc/bonusm.htm

But if you want to do the guilt by association thing how about Obama's 'aquaintance' with William Ayers a 1960s radical who actually carried bombings against government buildings including a police station.

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/04/us/politics...

And how is it that a suspected plot/coup supposedly so close to completion against the historical flag barer of the lefty Democratic agenda has been swept under the rug...."How dare someone suggest there was opposition to the FDR Administration & politics" ...

The guilt by association glove fits the current administration/candidate much better than West's politics and party history do-if that.

I should have added even though FDR would've been President at the time the participating soldiers beef would've been mainly against the Herbert Hoover and the US Government as much as anybody. By saying it was an this grandiose conspiracy against FDR is a bit of stretch but it makes it seem more personal. The soldiers proposed participation is the only reason out loud talk turned into anything remotely resembling a plan and their beef wasn't with FDR.

Wake up and smell the coffee my friend.

Obama is a corporate hack and not a liberal proven by continuing 90% of all Bush/Cheney policies including using the same template Bush used with Senior Citizen Prescription Drug Bills of 2003 & 2006.

All Americans are still paying the highest prices for medicines in the world.

The wealthy few own most of Congress and both Democrats and Republicans like it that way.

You and I both know the whole system is corrupt and both Republicans and Democrats like it that way.

Fox News and MSNBC are both corporate hack talking air heads loyal to these two corrupt parties.

Most Republicans are conservative in name only.

Most Democrats are liberal in name only.

Obamacare is not a liberal health plan which would have provided Single Payer, Medicare For All.

Obamacare is more accurately Romneycare which was endorsed by Bob Dole and the Heritage Foundation back in the 1990s.

Obama/Clinton, Bush/Cheney John Kerry, John McCain, et cetera are all corporate hacks loyal to Wall Street.

They have to divide and conquer our ignorant masses.

Before she was hired last year as senior counsel to Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.), Liz Fowler worked as a highly paid public policy adviser for WellPoint Inc., the nation’s largest publicly traded health benefits company.
Mark Hayes, health policy director and chief health counsel for Finance Committee ranking member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), is married to a registered lobbyist for a firm that represents drug companies and hospital groups, although the couple says she doesn’t lobby Grassley’s office.
Frederick Isasi, a health policy adviser to Sen. Jeff Bingaman (D-N.M.), was a registered lobbyist at Powell Goldstein, where his clients included public hospitals and the American Stroke Association.
Kate Spaziani, senior health policy aide to Sen. Kent Conrad (D-N.D.), was also a registered lobbyist at Powell Goldstein, although Conrad’s office says she worked as a lawyer — not as a lobbyist — for public hospitals on Medicare issues.

Republican U.S. Rep. Allen West is announcing today that he won’t challenge Democrat Patrick Murphy’s narrow victory in their nationally watched battle for the Palm Beach-Treasure Coast congressional District 18 seat.

I want to congratulate my opponent, Patrick Murphy, as the new Congressman from 18th Congressional District. I pray he will serve his constituents with honor and integrity, and put the interests of our nation before his own,” West said.

That would be a welcome change because West sure didn't.

The West-Murphy contest was one of the costliest and nastiest House races in the nation. West spent more than $17 million and Murphy more than $3.6 million while outside PACs poured in more than $6 million more.

West figured if Gov. Scott could buy his office, so could he.

Yes the shoe was on the other foot then, right. Gore ask for six, got six. The State Supreme court tried to change the law in the middle of the election. They were told that dog don't hunt. You tried every under the table ploy and it didn't work. West ask for one recount and the world comes to an end.
