Since Obama has decided to sign a bill that excuses politicians, one has to wonder if USSC looked at that part of the law, would they shoot it down. Also Obama decides to grant waivers to thousands, delay parts of it. Why not scrap it, fix it and then decide whether or not government is up to the task of running any part of healthcare. They already have made a mess of Medicare and took tons of money from that to help pay for Obamacare. Start over or just scrap it and let the private sector handle it.

Voters need to take this nonsense into account in 2014 and 2016. Republican obstructionists can do NOTHING but play games - not pass budgets, not pass laws, not confirm appointees including judges...they are INCOMPETENT to perform the business of government. And its alleged people like Boehner and McConnell who are the worst.

The ONLY purpose of this is to attack Mr. Obama by trying to get Dems to vote against Obamacare in some way. It serves NO practical purpose whatsoever.

An embarrassment to our nation.

For the same reason employers are exempt--IT'S A BAD, JOB-KILLING, ECONOMY-WEAKENING, PREMIUM-RAISING LAW! That's why.

As a member, nor supporter of either party, I can with an objective opinion say that Obamacare is a complete and utter disaster. It will fail and cost this nation millions if not billions of wasted dollars. As a member of the middle class, Obamacare will reduce my ability to maintain acceptable and reasonably priced healthcare coverage. The last group you want to step on now is the middle class. It will hurt this nation, not help it.

But Britons relying on the country's free and state-run National Health Service may consider themselves lucky to get out of some hospitals alive.

An official report released by the NHS this week found that thousands of Britons may have died unnecessarily because of poor care.

The scathing review has prompted a furious political debate over who is to blame. It said that failing NHS hospitals are "trapped in mediocrity" and named 11 hospitals in desperate need of improvement. Moreover, one member of the investigating panel said that the facilities named were not even the worst in the country. England's healthcare is a shambles, but hey, IT'S GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED.

In America, we used to have some of the best. It was individual or thru employer. Now with that idiot Obama it will be Government controlled and I hear it might be as good as Medicaid.

Why is it so important for libs to keep giving away free sh#t when we are going bankrupt? How will a indebted nation ever produce a real, sustained economy? Why is our government run by childish, immature dreamers?

The most progressively logical thing to do is to provide additional participation waivers. With an opt out option, liberals could once again support obamacare.

Yes, the truth is, we have the best healthcare in the world. Most state of the art and available, up until now. The problem never was that healthcare wasn't available, IT WAS UNAFFORDABLE. There are more uninsured and underinsured now than before odumbocare was launched. Wait until it is fully implemented and employers begin cutting more hours and employees. Rock on libtards, you opened Pandora's box; (there is still time to close it). Why was the insurance rate issue never tackled by this law, oh, yeah, DIVIDENDS.

Obamacare, the president said, is "doing what it's designed to do -- deliver more choices, better benefits, a check on rising costs." Must be why insurance premiums have jumped 300 percent over the last 4 years and the conditions covered have been reduced. DUH!
