His plan would create Northern California (which would span the Oregon border to just north of Monterey), California (which would run along the coast and include Los Angeles) and Southern California (which would have little coastline and include Fresno and San Diego).

True, 2.9 million more Americans wanted the other candidate.

Sorry. Not the way the game is played in the USA. However, had she been contesting the election under Mexican rules, she would have been elected president.

Who said anything about who should be president. She got 2.9 million more votes. That means exactly that, 2.9 million more voters wanted her over him.

Yep, Hillary got 2.9 million more votes, mostly in irrelevant California after the race was over.
That's their desperate hope- since she lost the country.:)

She lost by about 80,00 votes in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania - all the next Democrat has to do is turn that around they got the presidency.

2.9 million votes absolutely infuriates the right. They have the president, but just pointing out that fact gets their blood boiling, lol.

(What's with all the off-topic comments?)

This referendum to split California will not go anywhere. It's a ridiculous notion.

I'm not so sure. Where now they have 2 Democrat Senators, if it were split into 3 States with the current proposed boundaries, then there would be 5 or 6 Dem US Senators. It is gerrymandering at the highest order. Once the math sets in, Democrats are going to be pushing hard for the breakup.

In response, that will set off Washington, Illinois, NY and maybe PA splitting into red and blue states. we could easily end up with 55 states.

It doesn't infuriate me, I actually love when you butt sore losers hang your argument up on a footnote fact. The desperation is laughable.

Irrelevant ? Remember that when it is tax time, and lunch time, and God help us if there is ever a draft. You and the other rightists will want everyone paying taxes and serving their country. Then California will be a state again, right ? Never mind the produce and wine they serve the world every day.
