So if and when Weiner wins his next election, the Post will write a column about how it would really be good news for Republicans and help them nationally?
You honestly believe that?

It is possible.

It is also probable that the Post has a leftist spin on events as shown by the above column.

Whhile were are on the subject of whether or not Iraq was involved in 9/11, let me say that Saddam Hussein was so damn insane. However, I seriously doubt he had any part in 9/11.

I did get one thing wrong, unintentionally. Here's what I've re-examined:

. Approx. one year ago (Jun 2012), 63% of Republicans thought Saddam had WMD's.(from a nationwide poll by Benjamin Valentino at Dartmouth). The findings are widely quoted.

. As of 2010, 40% of Republicans still thought that Saddam was responsible for 9/11.(CBS/NY Times poll))
I had mistakenly put this figure at 63%, which had actually come from the WMD findings (shown above).

. Here's our Boneheaded Bonus Special:
As of 2012, 46% of Republicans believed Obama is Muslim.(Pew poll)

Once again, to describe Republicans as "troglodytes" was a mistake. They haven't yet reached that point in evolutionary development.

You needn't bother responding, Tyler.

At what point in evolutionary development do people start using notoriously inaccurate and easily slanted polls as proof of anything?

Ask again when you've reached that point.

In my case that would require devolving, sorry I am not willing to do that.......

Thank you for backing me up on the fallacy of using polls for proof of anything!

Not wanting to devolve is an involuntary reaction?

Have any poll results handy to back that assertion up?

Deflection noted. Both Clintons, Pelosi, Reid and others also stated there were WMD's because their liberals friends at the CIA Valerie Plame is the one that gave the Bush administration the report that the WMD's were there.

The fundies walk around pretending they're above the sordid side of their own humanity. And have no problem whoring the bible to do it. And then self-proclaim that God has forgiven them. Then there's the part about sanford stealing taxpayer money for a personal ball-emptying trip to Argentina...while lying about hikinh the trail. conservative deceptionalism at its finest.
