There will be no repeal of Obamacare no matter who controls the Senate or the White House.

As long as there are 40 Democratic Senators they will fillibuster any attempt to repeal it.

The Senate will be 52 Dems, 48 GOPasaurs. The Dems will have a net loss of 1 seat.

Nope, simply not within the President's authority to nullify an act of Congress by executive order.

That's why Obama couldn't just repeal DADT or DOMA by executive order.

It has to go through the courts or the legislature.

Not suprising that Romney has no clue about the limitations of the executive order.
