SPEAKING OF HYSTERIA I recommend the movie of that name. Wish I'd seen it thirty years ago.
Obama benefited from Wright’s “Down Low Club,” part of a documented underground subculture in which black men who engage in homosexual activity marry to maintain respectability in public. As a young single woman, Michelle Robinson was a fixture in the home of civil rights leader Jesse Jackson, who along with Rev. Jeremiah Wright “arranged” her marriage to Barack Obama.
Michelle Obama “just about grew up in Jesse Jackson’s home.”
“Jesse should have charged her rent and board for the amount of time she spent in his home instead of her own,” she said.
Jackson’s daughter, Santita, is still one of Michelle’s best friends. Santita and Jesse Jr. call her “sis,” short for “sister.”

She has known Michelle Obama since they car-pooled together as high school classmates. Santita was maid of honor at Michelle and Barack Obama’s wedding, and she is the godmother to the Obama’s older daughter, Malia.

Robyn also pointed out Jesse Jackson Jr., a Democratic Party member of the U.S. House from Illinois, served as the national co-chairman of Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.

“It all relates back to Trinity and to the Jesse Jackson orbit of blacks here in Chicago who gave Obama legitimacy and helped him establish his identity as a black man,” Robyn explained.

Bureau of Labor's numbers are beyond reproach; they've used the same calculation for more than 40 years.

The U6 unemployment rate counts not only people without work seeking full-time employment (the more familiar U-3 rate), but also counts "marginally attached workers and those working part-time for economic reasons." Note that some of these part-time workers counted as employed by U-3 could be working as little as an hour a week. And the "marginally attached workers" include those who have gotten discouraged and stopped looking, but still want to work. The age considered for this calculation is 16 years and over.

The U6 rate for September is 14.7%

When it comes to hysteria, you are its poster child. Among the Topix extreme right mudslingers, you are possibly the most unhinged. After your long string of birther bullshit, you now present us with this nonsense. Bizzaros like you throw the whole concept of freedom of speech into question. Back to your belfrey.

I literally jumped up and celebrated when these great job numbers came out this morning… my co-workers laughed their asses off.
Part of me celebrating was because this is great news for the country and President Obama, but the other part is because I knew that this would drive the unpatriotic right-wing nuts crazy; and they didn’t disappoint either, LOL. they quickly came crashing back down to reality after a full day of thinking they had a chance after Obama’s chess move at the debates, LOL.
Uncle Tom Allen West’s Minstrel Show will soon be over when Patrick Murphy kicks his disgraceful ass out of congress.
Spoken like a true dumbocrap zoombie explain this how can the unemployment and fewer people participating in the workforce and fewer jobs where creard month after month? unless you consider half a million part time jobs a good thing.

The reported payrolls growth figure for September, 114,000 jobs, was incredibly close to consensus forecasts of about 115,000 jobs added. But everything else about the report considerably beat expectations. Jobs figures were revised upward by 40,000 in July, and by 46,000 in August. Combined with the jobs growth in September, that means the economy added 200,000 more jobs than we thought previously.
Just great news all around!
I can't STAND it. I was just going to let the others tell you how ignorant you are, but this one was a step too far. Those upward revisions for July and August were all GOVERNMENT jobs that had previously gone unreported...not private industry. All this means is that the Admin is doing everything they can to make the economic picture look rosier than it actually is. Nobody is buying it, though...except ignorant sheeple like you. Baaaaa.

The problem with most of the Obama supporters of today is that they REFUSE to entertain any notion or information that runs counter to their established version of reality, regardless of how skewed that version of reality actually is.

I supported Obama in 2008 -- like many people, I was very much caught up in his professed vision for America, especially the bits about "we are all one people," not Blue or Red. He made many peomises during that campaign, as well as delivered many fine speeches. Honestly, as a speechmaker he is second to none...Obama can capture an audience and emotionally transport them to the destination of his choice. That's quite a skill. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be Obama's ONLY skill.

Almost every promise he made during the 2008 campaign now lies broken at our feet. Ar we a united people, or has he been correctly labeled as the most divisive President since Abe Lincoln? Does he foment class and race warfare? Yes and yes. I could go on, but what's the point? People like you refuse to even LISTEN. I had a young school teacher in my neighborhood yesterday, out knocking on doors for the Obama campaign. I asked her why she supported Obama, and she laid out about a dozen lies about Romney. I corrected her on each of those lies, especially with regards to Romney "not caring" about the poor. When I mentioned that Romney gave 30% of his 2011 income to charity ($4 MILLION), her response was that he surely was hiding more than that in the Caymans.??!! She followed with, "nothing you say is going to change my mind." She's an EDUCATOR! You know, where having an open mind and continuous education are cornerstones of her chosen vocation. Not with politics, though. Her mind, just as all Lefty converts, is CLOSED. The poison has worked its effect in full.

Now, I don't normally subscribe to the rantings and conspiracy theories of the far Right. But when I read a book written by a friend and college roommate of Obama's, and it contains some information about the President that can only be viewed as "damaging" or "somewhat compromising," I figure I better take note. The author is unfailing in his support for Obama, and thinks that the Right's reaction to Obama's ties with Marxism, susceptibility to influence by Soros and others, and unorthodox view as to the American future are completely overblown and without merit. Of course, in mentioning these issues, and backing them up with undeniable facts, I think the author inadvertentlygave the Right a lot more ammo to work with.

I think everyone should read this book prior to casting their vote this election, if for no other reason than to get a better idea who you are dealing with. Is Obama a villain? No, of course not. But he IS a product of his environment and upbringing...and this book lays it all out in great detail. If you choose to continue supporting him, then great! That is your right as an American citizen. But I guarantee you've never been exposed to what this friend of Obama's has to say.

The book is on Amazon, and is called "My Friend Barack" by Everett Roy. Link is here: http://www.amazon.com/My-Friend-Barack-Defens...
