If you will please refer to your international law you will find that at the time of Barry's ADOPTION he was living in Indonesia which gives Indonesia subject matter jurisdiction which by the way the United States MUST recognize. Therefore as soon as Barry's adoption was finalized his LEGAL name was changed to Barry Soetoro and his country of LEGAL citizenship is Indonesia and not America.

An adoption by a foreign national in his or her home country takes president over American citizenship laws.
