This is Henderson way of trying to fix the out of control abusive police force in their city.

More waste of tax payers money.

They need to lay off or jail those overzellous cops. Not give them some building to cover-up their abuse.

Wake up Henderson resident, did you have a say in this expense? Now you know were the Library money is going.

This is bad management. The Mayor and City Counsel needs to be replaced.

A dam* waste of taxpayers' money, Chief. They need to modify their training than build another training facility at the peoples' expense. I can understand you saying yes since you have have no choice at your current position but to support the mayor.
