Should Trump had the same power as Xi and Putin? Will you join his 'red guard' or 'oprichnina?

F-------g scumsucker. Of course he's enraged because the 'illegal' he's been using to attack immigration, and support his demands for a 'wall,' has been found innocent. The Dungie cannot tolerate that he might be wrong, so of course the COURT must be wrong.

Further. the tax bill is nothing but a givewaway to the wealthy and corporate class, as many of us expected from der Drumpfenmeister. It must be killed before it's let loose on America, because it's a takeaway from the producers - the working class - and a giveaway to the taking class, the wealthy.

The ignorant, careless gun nut, undocumented immigrant was not found innocent. That is a right wing, racist talking point.

He was found guilty on a light charge because of the truly accidental nature of the bullet's path on its way to killing the woman, Steinle.
Don't ever link me with right-wing racists, you POS.

Yes, he was found guilty on lesser gun charges, and that's fine, but Trump pushed the racist line of Zarate as a deliberate murderer and a reason to build his stupid wall. That agenda was deservedly flushed down the toilet by this court.

The seven time felon and multiple time deported illegal alien's negligent firing of the stolen gun amounts to the use of a gun to commit a crime. Under California law, that alone makes his action at least manslaughter and at most an aggravated felony deserving the death penalty. The members of the jury should be brought up on Federal charges of accessories to violating the Civil Rights of Steinle.

Do you even now know what actual charge the shooter was convicted of was?(You'll have to do a search...you know nothing. Zilch.)
The illegal alien should have never been charged with murder. There was no intent. It was negligent homicide by a felon with illegal possession of a gun !

Your comment did not address or excuse the idiocy of the other white supremacist [sic]. Nor does it excuse Ann Coulter's unhinged claim that a "wall" would have prevented this (he still could have gotten back in for all we know.) Nor does it excuse Ill Duce Trump's racist brayings. Your comment does not address how slimy Fox News put out an false story with a false headline that the shooter had been found "not guilty," period. The Fox article elsewhere here at topix never mentioned what the shooter had been convicted of. Fox made it sound like he was totally exonerated.

I don't know if CA has a charge of "negligent homicide," but I have posted that the conviction seemed too light to me. It would seem like some sort of manslaughter charge since a person died. Actual reporting would explain the various charges put before the jury, what instructions they got, and try to interview them for their rationales.

If the Tax Bill is a give away to the rich why did the mega-corporate media, the Hollywood elite, big agra, big pharma, the world's 7 richest billionaires, and the political establishment all back Hillary and oppose Trump. It's funny how you ANTIFA types claim to be resisting the System. You're all so fake, just like the mainstream media.

Does anyone really believe that Trump has any idea what the tax bill is all about? If yes, you are invited to watch Donald Trump shoot someone on New York's Fifth Ave. Bring popcorn.

Trump knows only one thing about the new tax bill. It will add additional millions to his ill-gotten gains. May he choke on it.

First, not all rich people are stupid. Hollywood has been lefty since the '30s. Corporate media didn't take a position. Some few billionaires are liberal. The rest of the people you name aren't and weren't liberal, and didn't support Hillary. Do you even know what's going on?

This isn't school time for the name changer from Philly. However, as in most States, in California if you commit a felony with a gun, it invokes a special crime status on the perpetrator. If the crime results in the death of someone, the death penalty applies. As to the jury violating the victims civil rights, they have denied her justice and that fits the bill. Even the defense attorney publicly admits the jury was flawed and biased to protect special illegal immigrant "rights", which do not exist except in the fantasies of idiots. As to the charge, no search is necessary. It is a felony charge, which to my satisfaction, backs up my original claim of him qualifying for special penalty status (in addition to his felonious theft of the gun and his felonious repeat felony offender status.)

You are relentlessly stupid, fabulist, lying and uninformed, white supremacist [sic]. It is definitely school time regarding your eternal, childish ignorance.

Any additional penalties for the commission of a crime because a gun was involved do not automatically mean a manslaughter charge, or here, an unlicensed gun charge, become death penalty sentences. Not even a lesser charge of murder, that is one other than in the first degree, would become a death penalty sentence just because a gun was involved and someone died. You're simply crazy.

The charge in this case itself pertained to a gun. It would be what educated persons call "redundant to say the gun charge would become a death penalty case because...a gun was involved.

You just make things up.

You simply repeated your insane rubbish about juries going to prison for "violating" a complainant's "civil rights." I said to provide any legal citation for your made up, infantile, wishful thinking which is deranged ignorance about jury members going to prison for reaching a certain decision, even if it were a poor decision.

Citation at once, white supremacist [sic]. Don't merely repeat your same idiotic opinion. I want to know where these "legal doctrines" of yours came from.

All that is happening here is opinion, moron. This isn't some school with you setting agendas. You think too much of yourself.

Further, you once show your pathological lying nature with the above claim that I said something about juries going to prison. I said they should be charged in denying the victim's civil rights to justice. The Law should be used in order to silence people like you and put you back in the loony bin, where you belong. Yes, that's right... You should be charged for violating her civil rights. You idiots put the Federal Law on the books and we should now use it to shut you up and put the fear of God into the juries thinking they can use nullification to violate justice, honor and the lives of innocents.
