Obama certainly knows how stupid his followers are. He can say anything he wants to them and they eat it up.

Anyone with a brain knows Obama wants to grant amnesty to all illegals. He even said that illegals shouldn't have access to health care, but that's why we need to make them legal. Nice Yogi Berra-type language there! His idiot base probably never noticed that one zing right by them!

He knows that amnesty for illegals is extremely unpopular with the majority of Americans, so he never once tried to promote legislation to take care of the problem. He didn't want to rock the boat too much in his first term, especially after taking over the health care system. But now the king of the "straw man" is campaigning against the Republicans, using immigration as a talking point. What a con!

The Obama immigration policy is clear - make 'em all legal, give them every benefit in the world, and they'll vote Democrat forever, while bankrupting the country and creating an even larger dependency class that will ensure Democrat power in perpetuity.

Why not? Let's make all of them legal; after all we only have 9% unemployment, our debt is over $3 Trillion, Social Security is a mess and on and on. So let's legalize 11 Million (20 million below a true estimate) and provide them with Medical care, Social Security, Welfare and on and on. BRIGHT IDEA AllahObama..The real truth is you need votes in 2012 so you will threaten our sovereignty in an attempt to keep your power.

No national politician will get my vote unless they are publicly committed to the deportation of every single illegal in this country and the serious restriction of legal immigration, especially from moslem nations. I'll sit out any election that has no candidate willing to make that a campaign promise.

Obama is the least trustworthy politician to ever exist! To make it even worse, those two words are rarely used in the same sentence.

So you are willing to submit to another 4 years of Obama because no one will publicly advocate forcefully separating illegal parents from their legal children. I am no fan of automatic birthright or blanket amnesty and the open borders crowd disgust me but mass deportation would be logistically impossible and any viable candidate supporting such a position would be pummeled by the media.

If Obama gets to choose a Supreme Court justice to replace any of the more conservative or centrist members because of death or retirement then there will be no turning back. Sitting out the election or holding out for an unelectable (Ron Paul) candidate is a dangerous path.

We don't WANT comprehensive solutions that allow illegals to have access to citizenship in this country. We,the legal CITIZENS of the United States WANT illegals to be prevented from coming here. And,the ones that are already here,we want deported,NOT amnestied ! PERIOD.
Obama,You make me SICK!
You have proven that Muslims and Hispanics are your REAL concerns. You care ONLY about them and placating them for their votes rather than caring about the ruination this country is coming to and the suffering of millions of American CITIZENS that are either on the cusp,or have went over the cusp of losing everything they have.
You have timed this "immigration reform" in perfect timing with 2012 vote campaigning to tip the odds in your favor by making a huge scene at the border and by telling all those illegals who violated US laws that they will have their feet licked by our Government and given the open door to citizenship rather than the boot heel to the a>>s>s. You have demonstrated to those who WILL cross the border that nothing bad will happen if they try.If they try and succeed, you'll actually REWARD them with citizenship. You have let them know that we will simply sit back and watch as they sneak in,machine gun out 5 anchor babies, leech onto our welfare and medical system and drain it like a vampire, and then, they will stand there, hands out and demand MORE freedoms and freebies from US,the taxpayers.
Enough is ENOUGH! The people of this country have had enough of letting illegals flow in and consume everything in their path like a swarm of locusts. It's time to allow individual states determine how THEY want to handle illegals in their jurisdictions.Arizon and Utah? I am all for their ID background checks. It's time that the potential illegals waiting for the chance to cross from their side of the border to our side know that we don't want them here and that we will take serious steps to prevent them from being here.

Obama..."They said we needed to triple the border patrol," said the president, addressing an enthusiastic crowd. "But now they're going to say we need to quadruple the border patrol. Or they'l l want a higher fence. Maybe they'll say we need a moat. Maybe they'll want alligators in the moat. They'll never be satisfied. And I understand that. That's politics."

Obama as a president should understand, our borders need to be secured "PERIOD". But no rewards for those that have snuck in previously! If it is about politics, then we certainly know who to vote out. These traitorous politicians looking for the illegal vote are forgetting one thing....OUR VOTE COUNTS ALSO!

He's pushing for new policy regarding immigration because our country needs it. Not once did he say amnesty for every illegal, making a push to get the ball rolling is a good thing. It's amazing how many republican's are mad hot about the immigration issue seeing as just about every state along the US/Mexico border is republican, yet when they have the majority of the house they don't draft a bill.

House Speaker John Boehner's office said it hasn't heard from the White House on the issue.

White House aides have not released a timetable for passing a bill nor put forward a draft.

Someone should tell the weeper of the house that they can draft their own bills and don't have to wait for the executive to give them ideas. There is plenty to be done in this country but its all abortion and gays with republicans. Get to work already or adopt the dream act. That'll never happen because it grants amnesty to illegals currently in school that go to college or enroll in the military and the last thing any of you want is a well educated or military illegal granted amnesty because its always better to have uneducated passive minorities so the white man can keep them down; right?God forbid they would no longer have to work under the table and would then have to pay social security and medicare taxes at a time when the largest drain on both services is about to occur with the retiring boomers.

You're missing the entire point. The Democrats had 100% control of everything for 2 years and didn't do a thing. Where was Obama's big immigration push for those 2 years? You drink way too much of his kool-aid. He could care less about "workers". He wants everything that goes along with illegal immigration, the murderous gangs, the drain on our welfare system, the drug culture, etc. all so they vote for him. But now he's just using this as a talking point to get the Hispanics all revved up to vote for him.

What kool-aid are you drinking? Suffer from short term memory loss? Remember the dream act and how it was filibustered to death like just about every other democratic and sometimes even republican sponsored bill by the super-minority republicans. That was at least trying to do something about the problem. What did the republicans do when they had 100% control before the dems got it? Illegal immigration was at it's height 6 years ago when they had congress and the executive. They actually did absolutely nothing, but they sure don't mind bringing it up every chance they get. At least something was written by the left. The dream act may not have been perfect but compared to what the republicans have offered instead of it; well it's at least something. Democrats didn't do a thing my ass.

You're just part of the new lie. We don't nee immigration reform, we need enforcement and we need to remove the opportunities that draw illegals. If we do that, they will leave and find some other country to violate.

What a load. I'm brown and whites don't want to keep me down- if I am successful then I am a good consumer and taxpayer. That lib line dog don't hunt, friend. Don't you talk down to me. Obama does that, too.

Bush & McCain & Pelosi & Kennedy stood shoulder to shoulder in drafting immigration reform, and both parties knocked it down- Dems because it wasn't amnesty, Republicans because it wasn't deportation.(The Dream Act is hugely problematic to citizens because of amnesty, justice, and finance. Calling it a "Dream" is a huge misnomer.)

Extremists like you create more problems than they solve with your hate rhetoric.

Obama uses people when it is expedient to do so. Women, gays, Latinos, blacks- all get his attention when he needs their support.

He is a demogogue and you are a fool.

So that's the republican plan. Ruin our economy to point of collapse so all the illegals will go away and not want to come here. It's working; they're leaving.

You are absolutely right. Besides the president promoting another "Amnesty" for the 20 million Illegal Immigrants working in our country they have their own Congressman. The Illegals have better representation in the U.S. Congress than we do!

Nope, just enforce the law - it's there for a reason.

No need to lie and say "Immigration needs reform" when we haven't, in fact, implemented the necessary controls to support existing policy. I'd bet that once the *complete* system is put into place, it'll work! Dems just want more votes and see this as a perfect opportunity to throw out a Constitutional responsibility and recruit at the same time.
