Maybe they should try and recoup some of the estimated $24 BILLION the "hi-speed" rail is running over-budget.

How many homes could $24 billion rebuild?

How many displaced people could be helped with $24 billion?

Oh my goodness, that could not happen could it?

Let's see? Forest fires, lessor amounts of lumber available to rebuild. Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico, and now parts of the Gulf Coast needing to rebuild. Ah, it could not be a plan, could it?

The world seems to be going insane. Other than that, things are swell!

We spend billions of dollars on illegal aliens. Use that money to send them home, and build a wall to keep them out.

California, which is home to an estimated 27% of America’s illegal aliens.

Illegal immigrants and their children cost California at least $30.29 billion a year in net costs—$7,352 per alien.California is America’s largest and richest state. It’s the home of giant, high-tech, highly profitable companies like Apple and Google—yet it’s fallen into disrepair.

Frankly, it’s because the state’s been flooded with illegal immigrants, who increase systemic strain without proportionally contributing to the economy.

This is much like Sweden, which now spends over 20% of it’s tax dollars on migrants. It’s not that bad in California, but it’s very close.

Great point.

Build on a flood plane or or right on the ocean then when a "natural disaster" hits expect the government to rebuild it for them.

yep, I wonder what the insurance payout on those million cars flooded in Houston costs. They should have given those away on honor system for people to evacuate. In reality, it's difficult to efficiently respond to a disaster, during a disaster.

Supreme Leader Brown would have to decide if his kingdom would be under marshal law. The other 90% of the country would be watching
