A US electoral system funded by the wealthy will never distribute resources equitably, whether Barack Obama is in charge or not At a dinner table in Akron, Ohio, recently half a dozen Democratic activists took a break from trashing Ralph Nader for allowing a Bush victory in 2000 to discuss the material benefits of Barack Obama's first term.

First, Mr. Obama's worked plenty in the private sector, unless you think that jobs as lawyer, professor don't count. Second, there's nothing inherently better about the private sector than the public sector, where he's held more jobs still.
Mittens, OTOH, was staked to a start by a rich Daddy and built a firm which made its money by buying companies, stripping them, and selling them or their assets off. Now, that's considered respectable by some, but a lot of us see him as a corporate pirate, pretty much.
His arrogant smirking, his greed, and his bumbling ineptitude and lying all disqualify him from the Presidency. No surprise that someone who believes in Randian fairy-tales of a 'free market' buy s this crapola, though.
Obama was NOT a lawyer, clown. Are you aware that the former editor of the Harvard Law Revue in reality lost his license to practice law because he lied on the application...?

Voluntary Surrender" of one's license is not something where you just forget to renew it. No, a "Voluntary Surrender" is something you do when you've been accused of something, and you 'voluntarily surrender' your license five seconds before the state suspends you.

"Barrack Obama did not hold the title of Professor of Law," said Marsha Ferziger Nagorsky, an Assistant Dean for Communications and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago School of Law.

Mitt Romney donated his total inheritence to charity.......he made his own money.

Romney saved many companies from going under..........

"Properly understood, the 1980s, including Bain, were the remarkable years when an ever-resilient America found a way to save itself from becoming what Europe is now—a global has-been."

All those takeovers and leveraged buyouts improved our "fundamentals," provided a necessary "cleansing" of the economy, and led to the boom years of the 1990s...you can ask Bill Clinton, boy. He rode the coattails of it!!! LMAO

Exactly, lawyering for ACORN, and being a professor, DON'T count.

Working for the private sector is indeed "better" than working for the public sector. Primarily because the private sector is where all wealth is created and taxed in order to provide the funding for public sector jobs.

What's more, public sector employment only exists to serve the private sector that pays for it all. The idea that the public sector is somehow a noble or honorable calling is absurd. Government employees exist only to serve the rest of us.

As government has become full of it's own self-importance, the need for government to remain productive and accountable went out the window, which has resulted in the rampant waste, fraud, and abuse we see from our government every single day.

Frankly, the fact that Mitt Romney was staked by his father and was able to build upon that is a testament to his personal ability, your mis characterization of his business activities nonetheless. I've seen, and worked for, plenty of companies that were handed to the children or grandchildren of the founders, who promptly destroyed those firms through either ineptitude, infighting, the inability to roll with market changes, etc. etc. Merely being the descendant of someone with money and ability does NOT guarantee personal success.

One only needs to look at the likes of the Kennedy family here in the U.S. to see that.

Obama sure isn't it. Word is spreading all over the nation just how desperate Obama is getting than he has do wage voter Fraud, as hundreds of Corrupt Democrats are now getting charged with voter fraud and NOW all of their fraudulent signature must be being burnt up with fire.
Americans are tired of being lied too and Obama has failed America.
The Sotoeros, David Axelrod, David Plouffe, Vallerie Jarret, Robert Gibbs, Jay Carney, Pelsosi, Harry Reid, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and the rest of their nefarious ilk (named by me “Smooth Operators”) have been so accustomed to lying and seemingly gotten away with it for years, they have become jaded and lost touch with reality. They have no idea that people see them as the liars they are. They continue repeating themselves convinced America has bought their con. Like all liars they don’t understand the long term memory nor the courtesy of their listeners. How many times have you caught people in a lie and never called them on it because it would have been too rude, pointless or led into an undesired conflict? The Smooth Operators have under estimated the American people and are soon about to pay the price.

For over four years Americans have been fed lies, excuses, political correctness, false flags, ridicule, and blatant avoidance on every issue of government policy by the Smooth Operators which affects every detail of our lives. They used their positions of power to ride rough shod over Americans who dared challenge them. They imagine they succeeded with their cover ups and deceit. They truly believe that because there seemed little at the time challengers could do about it, they won and fooled America. They snuck in their progressive, communist, socialist policies via stealth usurpation via superior planning, violating American law, corrupting the judicial system, dumbing down America, bribing/intimidating senators, congressmen, judges, main stream media and spending over one billion dollars to purchase the seat of the United States of America’s Presidency. Because it seems they got away with all their deception by keeping the illegal in office for four years, they think can do it again.

Here is why they will lose.

Americans have become a whole lot smarter than
they were in 2008......

La Legion Etrangere`

Not only does the Legion know Libya, its people, its tribal customs, but there are hundreds of Legionnaires who are Muslim, speak Arabic and many who are volunteers from Libya, Egypt, and Algeria. The Legion’s desert warfare group – 13e Demi Brigade de la Legion Etrangere (DBLE)– is based in Dijoubti and only hours from Benghazi and Tripoli. The kepi blanc is well known in Africa, especially among the tribal peoples of North Africa.

"Barrack Obama did not hold the title of Professor of Law," said Marsha Ferziger Nagorsky, an Assistant Dean for Communications and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago School of Law.
..blah, blah, blah.....LMAO
Let's refute a few of your pathetic lies, your opinions aren't worth answering:

1. Obama's law career: "In 1993, he joined Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland, a 13-attorney law firm specializing in civil rights litigation and neighborhood economic development, where he was an associate for three years from 1993 to 1996, then of counsel from 1996 to 2004. His law license became inactive in 2007."

-Wikipedia

2. "Lost his licence to practice law": "A court official confirms that no public disciplinary proceeding has ever been brought against either of them [Barack or Michelle], contrary to a false Internet rumor. By voluntarily inactivating their licenses, they avoid a requirement to take continuing education classes and pay hundreds of dollars in annual fees. Both could practice law again if they chose to do so."

http://www.factcheck.org/2012/06/the-obamas-l...

3. Obama as Professor at U. of Chicago: "From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School's Senior Lecturers has high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined."

http://www.law.uchicago.edu/media

See, when you can be so easily refuted on such pathetic, repetitive Rightie lies, NOTHING you say is really reliable, is it? And that's exactly how I treat you and your posts, chump.

A popular talking-point both in this race and in 2008, apparently:

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/behind-the-n...

Bottom line: It's largely myth and meaningless, in any case. What will happen, will happen. Either Obama or Romney will win, either one CAN win. What happened in 1980 doesn't mean s--t today, nor did it in 2008.

No idea who "the Sotoeros" are, or "Pelsosi," but your childish insults aren't going to make Dems or Liberals go away. And your own side, starting with the two bozos you're running for Pres and VP, are enormous liars themselves, so you seem more than alittle hypocritical about the whole thing.

He wasn't a "lawyer for ACORN," idiot. I'm sure that being a professor doesn't count for much with ignoramuses like you, but most people respect, always have respected, learned people in such positions.

The private sector creates wealth...so what? It creates greed, corruption, and other nasty things as well. I repeat, it's not "better" than the public sector; in fact, the latter could easily be called "better" since it involves serving the public, not private corporate interests.

"Public sector employment only exists to serve the private sector" is BS, exactly what I'd expect from a rabid Rightie capitalista and greedhead. Public sector employment EXISTS TO SERVE THE PUBLIC, of which the private ECONOMIC sector is only one part.

Don't be such an ignorant ideologue.
