once the non taxpayers out number and outvote the taxpayers....this kinda shit is gonna happen.
How's this for an idea? Give the non taxpayers jobs with a livable wage. Then they can become taxpayers, and you will have the majority. Of course there's still that darn 47% of lazy parasites who enjoy all of life's pleasures without the pain.

so you're saying that when the people that don't pay taxes can control the people that do, that is good?
I am saying that in a democracy, every citizen gets to vote. If you favor an aristocracy, you should join that effort.
I am also saying that most non taxpayers are the result of Republican obstructionism, the purpose of which is to delegitimize Obama, and prevent his jobs bill from passing.

If I may quote a Republican... there you go again.
.
Obama has made himself the un-legitimate. Even his pandering press is having problems running cover for him. Obama has shown a continual inability to deal with the issues at hand and maybe worse, has little interest in doing so. Even some of his normally worshipful press has pointed out his lack of real effort, you know, do the things real presidents do.
.
In the business world he would have already been fired several times over these past 5 years.
.
Poor ole Barack thought all it ever took to be president was a little strut, a little smirk and sign a few bills. Maybe throw in a few speeches to college kids for good measure.
.
His so called jobs programs? Creating make work jobs (even if described as road work or teachers) will not create permanent jobs if the underlying economy is weak.
.
Once the federal money is gone, so will the those make work jobs and there will be a bigger than ever debt to pay off.

We are not a Democracy. And we have restrictions on who can, and who cannot vote. You must be a citizen (but the Democrats have figured out a way around that one), and you must be 18. We are a Representative Republic.

First of all, the Republican you are quoting had the IQ of a turnip.
Second of all, the rest of your comment isn't worth the toilet paper it's printed on.

My response was based on economic history.

On the other hand, you follow a guy who said if you like your health insurance policy, you can keep your health insurance policy. Right now a lot of people feel Obama's promises are not worth at least a roll of toilet paper.

when you are in Minnesota and you stay outdoors a lot, does your brain freeze? sales taxes never make it to DC, and DC is who sends out the welfare money....the welfare money comes from IRS taxes, not local sales taxes. Geez, you guys need to come in out of the cold and warm your brains a little more often.

hip, hip, hooray, but the question still lingers....when the people that don't pay taxes, can control the people that do, is that good or bad?

the questions get tougher. Any brilliant lib listening can chime in with their answer.

The corporations - who control everything - including the government - do NOT pay taxes. And no, it's not a good thing.
1. yes they do, or if they don't they use the tax laws and codes all perfectly legally....change the tax laws, codes if you wish. My company pays 40% taxes, 34 Fed and 6 state on our profits.
2. lets give you credit for being right....corporations don't pay, but their hundreds of thousands of employees do. Is that good or bad?
3. we aint talking bout corporations anyway, they don't vote, individuals vote, so if them individuals don't pay taxes, should they have control over the people that do pay taxes?
